Mid-Beach, Miami Beach: aluguel por temporada com vista para o mar

My friends and I had the best week staying at MJ’s house! Photos and description matched exactly as in person! I would recommend 10/10 would stay again!

This trip was our first trip with our 3 month old and we are glad we chose Lagunas place! She was incredibly responsive and provided what was needed to make it a comfortable stay! The location CANNOT be more perfect as its walking to distance to the beautiful beach and boardwalk along with many coffee shops. It was in a safe and quiet part of the town and the main tourist spots are just 4-10 mi drives from this place. I would definitely stay again!

This house was beautiful and clean. It was extremely comfortable. The backyard is completely private and the pool was clean and a great size. The landscaping in the backyard really added to the enjoyment as well. The house has everything you would need. It’s in a quiet peaceful neighborhood with a beautiful trail right there, and the beach is walking distance. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again!

I stayed at Jeff's place with 4 of my cousins, so 5 girls in the house. We were anticipating a trip just to hang out at a beach for a couple of days and this was a great place to do that. It was a great stay, we were close to the beach. Jeff had beach chairs ready for us and a wagon to pull them to the beach. It was like a half a block walk to the boardwalk and beach. We spent a lot of time walking the boardwalk, checking out the shops and eateries and enjoyed the beautiful sandy beach. Their is a nice bottom deck and top deck which we enjoyed coffee out there in the morning and playing cards later at night. We would definitely come back here or recommend this place. Jeff was very easy to reach out to and responded to texts very well. He even called us the morning we were checking out to make sure everything was OK. NOTE: There are towels in the bathrooms, but no wash cloths and no dish cloths (there is a sponge) and no dish towel. So next time I would pack each of those.

We cannot wait to return to south beach. Everyone had a blast and the rooftop patio is the sweetest thing in the world. Loved how close to the beach it was. We will definitely choose one of frosts locations again. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful condo. We’ll be back for sure!!!!!!

I love staying on Ocean Drive. It’s the best thing you could do, it’s across the street from the beach, next to all the restaurants and bars & an uber away from Brickell and Wynwood. Sofi & Alex were very attentive and easy to coordinate with some of the top hosts I’ve had.

Our family of 4 (2, 7yr old kids) and my parents stayed for a week. Location is amazing, walk right onto the beach, open the doors of the balcony onto the beach. They have boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and kids sand toys, and even beach towels to use. City cleans the beach daily and the neighborhood is quiet, clean, and so peaceful. Lots of space for all of us to stretch out and not be on top of each other but still so close together. Kitchen and living room are huge! Had games for kids. Outdoor dining on deck and patio are amazing. Sitting in the rocking chairs and watching the waves was incredible. Hot tub is secluded but also feels part of the ocean, it was very clean and worked great. Grill worked amazing and we used it a lot. Rocky gave us great welcome packet with local restaurants, things to do with the kids, and clear check in and check out process. Rocky was incredibly accommodating in early check in and later check out. A vaca we will never forget!

Para finalizar uma estadia de quase 1 mês pela Flórida, resolvemos passar os 4 últimos dias relaxando nessa excelente casa. Somos 4 famílias, 9 adultos e 6 crianças ao todo. A escolha não poderia ser mais acertada. A casa está toda estruturada de forma muito aconchegante e funcional, com excelente distribuição dos vários espaços, de forma a agradar a quem nela se hospeda. Está decorada com muito bom gosto e equipada com modernos e completos aparelhos. Além desses aspectos, nos hospedarmos às margens do lingo lago azul e transparente foi um grande diferencial. Nós e as crianças adoramos desfrutar dos banhos e dos equipamentos de sup e caiaque disponíveis. Outro fator positivo é a localização em um bairro residencial tranquilo, perto de muitas lojas, supermercados e restaurantes, próxima do aeroporto e não distante da agitação de Miami e das demais atrações. Por fim, todos os elogios e agradecimentos pela gentileza, cuidado e prontidão do excelente anfitrião Cristian. Nota 10 em tudo!

Dave’s Place was a lovely cozy place with great beach access; all needed amenities; location is fab to walk anywhere; Dave gave very good tips on things to do around town..

Leo’s place was absolutely perfect! The space was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and Leo was an incredibly responsive and thoughtful host. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient, with great local spots nearby. I’d definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

Empatia e atenção foi primordial, ficou poucos dias porém o suficiente pra ficar com gostinho de voltar. A vista do apartamento é espetacular.

Unbeatable location to the beach. Apartment has 2 chairs and 2 towels available as well which was really nice to have. Pool area is very nice and well maintained. The building itself inside is a little run down like other reviews have mentioned, but the room itself is nice.

Home was pristine and expansive. Beds were super comfy. Lots of stocked amenities like toilet paper, paper towels, sponges, dish soap. A beautiful home with plenty of space to stretch out. About an 8 minute walk to the beach. Private, quiet, beautiful neighborhood. The hosts were extremely responsive and accomodating. My 8yo son told me to rate this place "10 out of 10" because of the pool and because the neighbor has a mango tree that will probably drop mangos into the yard when they're in season.

Super Unterkunft, wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Lage ist perfekt, zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Direkt hinter dem Haus befindet sich der Strand. Apartment, Haus und Pool sind gepflegt. Wasch- und Trockenmöglichkeiten auf dem Gang vorhanden. Das Appartment hat alles was man benötigt und war sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin Suzi ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Absolutely amazing house, especially for a bachelorette trip! Everything was so quirky and unique. Ania was so responsive, accommodating and helpful! I’m blown away.

Love this place! We have stayed at many houses over the years but this was by far the best we have ever stayed at. It was so beautiful at night just relaxing in the pool/hot tub and hanging out outside! The kitchen was fully stocked and easy tp prepare food for our party right at home! I never wanted to leave! Miriam was so responsive to any of our needs, even giving us good restaurant suggestions! Beautiful home.

Fabulous and seamless stay! Everything was as described and beautiful! Views were wonderful, space very adequate for our family. Communication with host was very friendly and so responsive that it made our stay that much more enjoyable! Highly recommend!

This house is adorable. The little veranda where you can have your morning coffee is really private. The outdoor shower was really cute and it’s literally steps from Hollywood Beach. He had chairs available for us to use. The kitchen was really well stocked beds were clean and bathroom was clean. It was very nice. We’ll definitely stay here again

Devin's place is great. It is near everything and had all the amenities needed for a great stay. I will def come back next time i am in the area. He was responsive too for my questions. I highly recommend.

I recently stayed at this amazing beachfront penthouse, and it was nothing short of perfect. The location is incredible—right across from the beach with stunning ocean views that never get old. The apartment itself is beautifully kept, with an antique decor that’s been meticulously maintained, giving it a unique and charming feel. The large windows let in tons of light, showcasing the space beautifully, and the sound of the waves in the morning is pure heaven. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is functional, and every detail just works. The view alone makes this place unforgettable. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a flawless beach getaway!

The location was perfect and the unit had everything we needed for a great stay. Gorgeous views and walking distance to shopping and restaurants and the music festival. When I first requested the booking, it was for a 2 bedroom, but the host let me know that there was only a 1 bedroom available. Knowing that the location was exactly where I needed to be, I was okay with taking the 1 bedroom. The front desk did need me to provide the host's last name and phone number so I would recommend requesting that information before you arrive. Fortunately, Hanna was available to call the front desk and confirm my reservation. Overall, check-in took a little longer than expected, but they were very pleasant. Great place to stay and very friendly host. would definitely stay here again!

Everything went very well, from the booking, through the checkin and checkout process. Luxury rental has a great communication service and are always available to help. The apartment is as described in the photos and the amenities of the 1hotel are unmatched.

We stayed at these apartments for five days and absolutely loved everything! The location is excellent — just a short walk to the ocean, with convenient and safe beach access, perfect for families with children. The apartment itself was very clean, neat, and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for comfortable living and cooking, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The beds were cozy and provided a great night’s sleep, and the bathrooms were spotless. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Everything was just perfect — from the comfort of the apartment to the amazing beach access. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Had a great stay at Sunrise! PROS: House is much larger than expected and very clean, bathrooms with shampoo/soap/suncream, great water pressure and always hot water ready. Pool was big and super warm, beach toys and equipment ready, and loads of towels. TVs with lots of channels, and super fast internet. Garden with lots of trees helped to make it feel private, the area is very quiet, but very close to a main road for driving access, and terrific beach is just 5mins walk with soft sand and warm water for the kids (no public restrooms, lifeguard, etc though). CONS: really nitpicking here, since it was a great time. Some of the furniture (indoor and outdoors) and beach equipment could do with a refresh as some stuff is falling apart a bit. The beds a bit worn in. The edge of the pool also has a very scratchy finish which you have to be careful for scraps/little cuts. OVERALL: would highly recommend and would come back. Great space for a family reunion near the beach!
