Situated within walking distance to Erbil city center and just a 5-minute drive from the airport, it's at the heart of Erbil’s golden zone. This location is known for its international atmosphere. From a modern gym and swimming pool on the ground floor of the apartment to five restaurants and cafes, and a 24/7 open supermarket Apartment: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The apartment itself is extremely clean with high-quality features, providing everything you have at home. The bed is very comfortable, and the living room, with its cozy set of sofas, is perfect for relaxation. The view from the balcony is ideal for enjoying an evening beer. The garden in the compound is also great. Host: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hakeem, the host, is very professional and always checking to ensure evereything is perfect. Summary: Don’t look for other places.

L'appartamento è per molti aspetti ideale rispetto al contesto degli alloggi a Baghdad. La posizione innanzitutto è perfetta. Centrale, tranquilla, molto viva di sera con alcuni caffè giovanili molto carini e frequentati da una certa intellighenzia locale. L'appartamento è spazioso, pulito, ben fornito (con l'unico problema della mancanza di internet), confortevole. L'edificio è ben protetto da un guardiano del palazzo ed un responsabile che sarà come il vostro angelo custode se lo desiderate (questo sa anche essere molto discreto). Al di sopra di tutto questo, la proprietaria dell'appartamento è estremamente gentile e pro-attiva. Reagisce con prontezza e in qualunque circostanza ed è disponibile a risolvere problemi, dare consigli e intervenire direttamente. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono. Insomma, è difficile trovare di meglio a Baghdad.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described if not better. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. It's clear that great care was taken to make the space welcoming and homely. The location was fantastic! Situated in a safe and peaceful area, it was conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and major attractions, making it easy to explore without any hassle. Whether I needed to grab a bite to eat or do some sightseeing, everything was just a short walk or quick ride away. The host was incredibly warm, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions. Their hospitality truly made my stay special. I stayed here for 11 nights and the host was amazing. He let me check in as early as I wanted - 9AM, was incredibly responsive and helpful, and toured me around Baghdad the first evening. He checked in throughout the stay to make sure I didnt need anything. I like the location because it is close by Careem to many different areas. Definitely recommend and will stay there again.
