Extremely clean, updated three bedroom and two bath home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood but only minutes away from the downtown buzz. This home includes a back patio with a spacious backyard and fire pit. Coffee nook, two wireless music speakers, Roku TV, premium Wifi, and many other amenities and supplies. The basement has a washer and dryer, cozy TV area, bar area, fridge, bathroom, games, cards, and office/game room. This is not a party house! Please NO use of curry when cooking.

Nestled in a quiet setting surrounded by large pine trees, this cottage-like home is a short drive to everything: Downtown East Lansing: 10 min. MSU campus: 10 min. Downtown Lansing: 15 min. Okemos: 6 min. Lake Lansing Park: 4 min. Starbucks: 7 min. Costco: 2 min. This is an older house (built in 1800), so it is more "basic" than a modern "upscale" property. Your co-host lives upstairs in case you need anything, but will completely respect your privacy. There is no need for AC as it’s nice and cool in the summer and comfortably warm in the winter. The apartment is equipped with an IKEA mini-kitchen including a full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and induction cooktop. Enjoy summer evenings on the back deck.
