We stayed 2 months and absolutely loved it. The villa is spacious, well equipped, and has a lovely view of the garden. We felt right at home and the host and the staff were always quick to help with anything that we needed. Thank you 😊 🙏🏼

매년 짱구에서 가족 휴가를 보냅니다. 호스트는 친절하였고 숙소 설명은 사진과 동일합니다. 숙소의 사소한 문제들은 호스트가 적극적으로 해결해주었습니다. 위치도 좋습니다. 바투볼롱과 브라와 모두 오토바이 지름길을 이용하면 금방 도착합니다. 아이들과 머무르기에 적극 추천합니다. 수영장의 낮은부분은 어린아이에게 매우 안전하고 잘 이용할수있습니다. 내년에 또 이 숙소에서 휴가를 보내고싶습니다. 고마워요 😊

The place was exactly as shown in the photos, clean and well-maintained. It’s super close to AEON BSD, which was really convenient. The host’s description was clear and accurate, and they were also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Best stay we could have ever wished for in Amed. The place is well located and clean, and Ketut and his family have warm hearts, are really helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend to everyone who wants to experience the local way of living, learn about Balinese culture and feel like being part of a beautiful community of people.

Fantastic property for our family holiday , extremely spacious with great space on the ground area for social time and eating - pool was fantastic - Komang our host was superb and provided timely and expert advice and the cleaning staff on hand were so friendly and helpful. Make sure you take advantage of the Cooked breakfast and massages that are all done for you on request in the comfort of your Vila - 1st class property for our family of 6 but will accommodate 8 people - gravity and their staff made us feel at ease , at home and provided a bespoke and personalised experience- we can't thank you enough 🙏

We stopped off at Sven's at the beginning of a family roadtrip north. The apartment itself is in a quiet, private area of a complex. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our evening meal. Supermarkets & shops relatively close. We have to mention the totally luxurious towels!! (Perhaps we'll have to upgrade ours at home now) Definitely would recommend Svens accommodations to friends.

Wij zijn anderhalve maand geweest met als doel te werken in een rustige, mooie omgeving. Dat is heel goed geslaagd. De villa ligt prachtig, rustig en afgelegen, direct aan het strand en met een heel fijne en mooi onderhouden tuin en zwembad. De wifi was ook uitstekend voor dit doel. Hoewel het huis wat verouderd is en de (keuken)inrichting vrij basic, hebben we ons er goed thuisgevoeld. De bedden zijn goed en er waren nieuwe banken. Er is een grote tv. De staf is vriendelijk en zorgt dagelijks voor de basis schoonmaak en mooie bloemen (Kadek), de tuin (Komang) en nacht security (Riris). Ngurah, de villamanager, spreekt goed engels en is bereikbaar voor vragen en als er onderhoud nodig is (bv stroom en warm water). We konden met hem uitstapjes maken en wekelijks naar Singaraja voor boodschappen in goed ingerichte supermarkten (Artesedana had veel verse producten waardoor we lekker zelf konden koken) en op de markt. Lopend dichtbij warungs (bezorgen ook) en voor kleine boodschappen.

A homey place to stay in Bali. Kids are so happy while staying here. The host always response fast. And so with the staff, Kak Ani, Kak Nikki, Kak Yopi and Kak Dika who are very friendly Thanks for letting us stay

A beautiful house. Images actually don’t do it justice. The open kitchen, dining and lounge was perfect to hang out. Back deck looking out to the water was a very peaceful way to start the morning. Matthew was very welcoming with communication impeccable. I would definitely recommend. Travis
