Tunis: aluguel por temporada de casas

Logement très propre et fonctionnel, les lits sont très confortables. La piscine est un vrai plus. Ce n'est pas un quartier touristique mais très calme et paisible. Localisation oratique avec Bolt (équivalent uber) ou en voiture pour vous rendre sur Tunis, la marsa, sidi bou said ou encore gammarth. Merci à Anis pour son accueil.

Nous sommes ravis de l'accueil et de la réactivité de notre hôte. Nous conseillons ce logement qui était impeccable . Nesrine a su répondre rapidement à nos demandes. Merci encore

Magnifique villa, spacieuse et lumineuse. Bel extérieur avec une grande piscine et un jardin vert et fleuri vraiment agréable. Nous étions heureux de retrouver la villa de Yassine après nos journées de découverte. À partir de Mornag, nous avons pu rayonner vers Tunis ( 20mn en voiture), Carthage, Sidi Bousaid, Nabeul, Hammamet … Petit plus, le centre commercial Azur City se trouve à 10 mn, pratique pour les courses tardives. Yassine est un hôte très discret, efficace et réactif. Tous les jours, une dame s’occupe du ménage. Merci à eux deux. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Måste vara det bästa boendet vi varit på. Stort, rymligt och fräscht. Poolen är fantastisk. Har en jättemysig utesittning och en tennisplan. Huset är lika bra inne som ute och ligger i ett bra och central område nära till mycket. Värden var väldigt tillmötesgående och flexibel och hjälpte oss med mycket. Rekommenderar starkt!

We had a wonderful stay in Tunis... The small Medina House and its atmosphere is something special. Martial picked us up from the airport and gave us some useful Tips. also our Check in and Check Out Times were kinda unusual which was no Problem :) all in all it was a blast. We will come again when we are in Tunis. Thank you very much for all ❤️

la casa è davvero molto bella, camere spaziose e bagni pulitissimi. la cucina è molto attrezzata. avere la disponibilità del cortile e del terrazzo rende il tutto ancora più agevole

As a digital nomad, I’ve been using Airbnb and similar situations for the last 2+ years and can confidently say this is the most beautiful and unique place I’ve stayed. It is the kind of place where you get inspired. It is part museum and part fruit of love of the owners meticulous restoration efforts of this historic house. But don’t be scared. It has all the modern amenities and they work perfectly well. Amel had warned me about the wifi coverage being it the medina but the wifi worked pretty great in one part of the house which was good enough for me and I managed to work remotely without a hitch. I can’t wait to return and bring friends next time!

This is my second time staying at Zeinab’s! It never disappoints. The apartment was so clean for our arrival. The location is great in my opinion. So close to the walkable Medina, one of my favorite parts of the city. The private rooftop is a great place to spend time in the sun with your morning coffee. The apartment is set up to feel like a home, not an Airbnb rental. I feel so comfortable in it. Thank you for everything Zeinab!

The place is really nice and extremely comfortable. With 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms, it was more than enough. But what made our stay beyond expectations is Raja and Mo. She was sooo kind and even when I got sick she made me food and brought it to me. Mo picked us up from the airport and drove us to see the different sites. He even brought me figs to take back to my mom. We really felt like it was home away from home. The area is a town, with simple people and big hearts. The souks and some of the attractions are 20 min walk or 8 min by taxi. Download “bolt” for taxi service, it’s like Uber. There a fruit market 5 min walk and a lot of restaurants and cafe around. I will truly miss being here.

Un formidable séjour au coeur de la médina de Tunis. Idéalement située, une maison charmante et traditionnelle qui donne entière satisfaction pour decouvrir ses alentours et ma ville. L'accueil a été parfait avec réactivité, clarté et synpathie. Je recommande fortement ce choix.

Houdas Haus war einfach nur unglaublich schön und gemütlich. Die Dekoration in jeden Räume wurde mit viel Liebe und Kunst durchdacht. So lädt das Haus zeitgleich, alt-neu und modern orientalische Ambiente ein. Jede Möbelstücke, Dekoration & Ausstattung und Farben der Räume bieten eine erholsame gemütliche Atmosphäre. Man merkt, hier wurde viel Zeit, Arbeit und Liebe reingesteckt. Das Haus ist viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Ich würde jedem dieses schöne Haus empfehlen, sofort! Für den Preis und Leistungsverhältnis ist das Haus ein unglaubliches Jewel 💖. Wie haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und wollten gar nicht mehr ausziehen. Wenn wir Tunesien nochmal machen würden, würden wir direkt wieder dort wohnen wollen! Houda war reaktionsschnell, war immer da. Die Lage ist ruhig und sieht im ersten Augenblick nicht einladend aus. Man muss sich im klaren sein, dass man in der Altstadt wohnt und mitten drin ist. Die Wege und Gassen sind sicher und sind beleuchtet, aber teilweise liegen Müll rum.

This is a wonderful place - from the 360° rooftop views to the beautiful decor. Host was always responsive and helpful. I loved the location in the old city near so many wonderful places. You should be aware that you can’t just take a taxi to the front door. Walking will be involved. I loved that, but some might not. Also, serious stairs to the front door that some may find a challenge. But if you don’t have any physical challenges, this place is with the steps. Five stars! Most excellent!
