Our group enjoyed our stay here. The place looked better than the pictures. Our kids did not want to leave. The kitchen had all the cooking and baking tools that you need and more. The place was very clean. We had one issue with linen from one of the bathrooms, outside of that we had no other issues.

Great to stay, recommended

This place was so sweet. I have to say the rooms were bigger than they seemed in the pictures. All surfaces, floors, bathrooms, and linens were spotless clean. We had a group of 4 adults and 4 kids. There was plenty of space, plenty of bath towels, lots of extra blankets and pillows in closets or drawers. Two masters upstairs and two masters downstairs, TVs in every room, ceiling fans, cold A/C upstairs and down. Did not see a single bug in the place, which says a lot being on the water. My kids loved kayaking, fishing, cornhole, playing pool and video games, watching movies. The house had some spices, several small kitchen appliances, and a good amount of cookware. There was a dollar store about 5 minutes away and a nice grocery store in Broken Bow (about 15 minutes away). In Hochatown my littles mined for rocks, played putt putt, and had snow cones. We all enjoyed the maze, the lake, and the river (all within 15 minutes of the house). Easy area to navigate and find fun things to do!

We enjoyed our time very much! All was pristine inside & outside in the patio area were so comfortable. The Master bedroom & bath upstairs were beautiful & perfect for us. Stockton was easy to communicate with & had a crew available to help us with any of our needs, very nice! Thanks again!

The stay here was great! Kids loved it, it was very peaceful in the hot tub and had amazing surroundings. Everywhere was spotless and clean except the master bed. We found pet hair, and fake eyelashes in the master bed, washer and dryer were quick though so wasn’t a TERRIBLE experience. Kids had so much fun in their little sleepover in the bunk bed room, there was an electrical socket without a cover behind a bed but was closed and wasn’t dangerous. I had some trouble with the grill’s propane tank but could be because I’m not 100% sure how to use a propane grill lol. Door handle on the back door was missing a screw and kept falling off but was easy to work around by not pulling super hard. It was definitely worth it though for me and my family, kids had so much fun around the fire and messing around in the hot tub. About a 10 minute drive to a great part of the lake for swimming aswell. 5/5 stars, just had a minor inconvenience with the pet hair and fake eyelash in the bed.

The house is absolutely beautiful!! Kids loved their bunk beds, everyone had their own place to relax and felt right at home. Loved the high ceiling in the kitchen/living room area, enjoyed watching the rain through the large windows.

The whole family was impressed and ready to go back any time. Some of us had been to Broken Bow before but we were all amazed by the whole property. It was secluded with tons of trees. There’s plenty of dining, living, and sleeping space for the whole family. Yes, the floors are squeaky but no one lost any sleep over it. Overall it was a pretty nice weekend. I hope we get to stay longer next time!

This place was simply amazing 🤩 it felt even better then home 🙌🏽 I have been thru many surgeries the past months now years so we haven’t been able to actually go out specially travel. So we plan this just in spring break and I still ended up having another surgery just a week ago. But I couldn’t cancel because of our kids since they’ve all been waiting for the past weeks to go. So we did and this place did not disappoint even if I was sick most of the time because of my wound I was able to rest and for my children and husband to still go have some fun enjoy themselves because everything was so so close 🙌🏽 it has the most beautiful kitchen you could imagine and if you Love to cook believe me this will not disappoint at all. Host was always on top of everything each time we had questions they would answer so quick. We all loved it 🥰 and definitely plan to go back
