Jennifer was a fantastic communicator. The condo facing the ocean was beautiful and clean. Loved the sound of the ocean throughout the day and night. Thank you! We made some great family memories.

This was a delightful place to stay. The beach was wonderful, walking distance to a handful of restaurants and a short drive to lots of really amazing restaurants and things to do. We would love to stay here again.

Carmen and Paul were very responsive, especially when there was an island wide power outage. This place is just a bit south of the really popular Rincon beaches but there are some nice restaurants nearby and you're not far from an Econo, the largest supermarket in the area. The beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and towels all came in super handy for our beach trips. Having multiple mini-split air conditioning units and three fans was terrific as others have pointed out. On a side note, I've been coming to Puerto Rico for many decades and we really like the people of Rincon.

We absolutely love this place and Maria . This is ours 4th time in PR. Maria is always very helpful and she makes sure we are happy . This place is only minutes from Buye so it is a perfect vacation spot.

We had a wonderfully peaceful stay at Manuel’s Villa. The rooms were just as pictured. The villa is very charming and comfortable. We used the small pool just outside the first floor almost daily. The infinity pool on the property was fantastic also. The property and surrounding area is private and tucked away from the town, but a short drive to beaches, restaurants, the supermarket and bakeries. I did reach out to Manuel during my stay and response was immediate. He actually was the first to make contact and welcome us to Rincon. We are very happy with our stay, it felt like being home, if we were fortunate enough to live in PR and in such a lovely space! Thank you Manuel. We can’t want to return!

Beautiful location, though the walk to the beach is a little more than advertised. Home sits atop a mountain overlooking the beach. The view was worth it anyways, I would recommend.

Beautiful place with a private beach. Perfect for our anniversary get away. People around were all very friendly and it was a great central location to visit places North and South. We would recommend to anyone visiting that side of the island.

Our stay at this Airbnb was simply perfect. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view was spectacular, with breathtaking sunsets over the ocean. The location is close to stunning beaches, great restaurants, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes Rincón such a special destination. The hosts were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always available for any questions or recommendations. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a paradise getaway in Puerto Rico! 🌴☀️🌊

Beautiful apartment with soft fluffy beach and bath towels. Condo area and residents were pleasant and pool was a nice size and clean. Area is mostly walkable to many restaurants, grocery, and downtown Rincón -if you like to walk. Some streets did not have a sidewalk which made night walks a challenge but it was manageable in 30 minutes. Hosts are very responsive!

Great time, the parking spot is missing the tag, so it can be a bit tough to figure out, but we got it, overall it was a good spot to lay our heads. All instructions were clear enough by host. Near great restaurants.

This was our third time to the island and we loved our stay. Great location, friendly neighbors. We had an issue with the shower but it was fixed right away. I felt like the cleaning could have been a little better as well as more utensils in the kitchen. Overall a very nice location and stay. Highly recommend.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Rincón, PR. The space was exactly as described. Very spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The host was incredibly thoughtful, providing clear and detailed instructions that made the check-in process seamless and stress-free. Their attention to detail and care for the guest experience really stood out. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rincón and would absolutely stay here again. Edmundo's penthouse is quite literally that, a PENTHOUSE! I would GLADLY stay here again! Not only was the place spotless, but there wasn't a single person's hair left in the beds or bath towels which is apparently very common with every other airbnb that I've been at in Puerto Rico. Edmundo's penthouse was GINORMOUS with phenomenal balcony views of the ocean. The sunsets were on a whole new level as well. Truth be told, I can't think of a single complaint about this place and I'm a picky person! One other thing that I want to point out is that Edmundo's penthouse has top notch security. There are multiple cameras around the complex and you can't get in without the proper door codes (there are multiple secured doors). Edmundo was also very flexible and allowed me to check in a little bit earlier without charging me a ridiculous fee. I can't wait to stay here again!

The condo was beautifully decorated with amazing views from the balcony. The beach was pristine and almost private, with very few other people that passed us on our walks. The surf is always crashing on the shore making soothing sounds to relax too. Our host Michael was around doing work on other properties. He was very nice and helpful to give us recommendations or answer any questions.

Great location in a quiet part of town and minutes away from the town and beaches. Host was great and very responsive.

Lamentablemente nuestra estadía fue muy corta , pero puedo decir que el apartamento está muy bien ubicado y es muy cómodo. La cocina tiene todo lo básico para cocinar, las camas son cómodas y la sala espaciosa. Tiene un balcón muy acogedor y perfecto para desayunar y relajarse. El edificio es tranquilo y está bien mantenido y limpio. Carlos fue muy amable respondiendo todos mis mensajes prontamente y proveyó todos los detalles de forma muy clara. Jessica, también fue súper atenta y cordial. Si regreso a Cabo Rojo me quedo nuevamente en este apartamento y definitivamente lo recomiendo.

My husband, I and my family found this accommodation extremely satisfying. The view from the condo was beautiful which included sunsets at your finger tips! The large wrap around veranda was a great addition to the spacious, comfortable apartment. The beds were very comfortable which was quite important for our 2 month stay. The kitchen was well equipped for our frequent in house cooking. An abundance of towels were available for our stay. Everything you might need for a good beach vacation was provided; chairs, umbrellas, water floats, cooler, beach blanket, etc. We appreciated it all. The local beach was a short walk from the complex. Dorkas was a very responsive host and acted in a timely fashion to any requests we had during our stay. We felt very comfortable knowing that Dorkas was there to help in any way. We would not hesitate to return for another winter getaway in the future. Thank you for helping to make this a wonderful experience for us all!

Great spot for working remotely. One of the few airbnbs I have stayed in where it felt livable for more than a short stay. Really nice location and well stocked apartment!
