You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located Vacation Station. Our brand new, modern cottage comfortably sleeps 6. Elegantly furnished, it offers open living space, dining, kitchen area with stainless steel appliances and Quartz countertop. The master bedroom offers a K sized bed, a 42” smartTV, a walk in closet/on suite with stand up shower and double sink. The 2 other bedrooms have Q size beds. They share hallway bath with bath/shower. Sheets and towels provided.

It is 15 minutes to DollyWood and Pigeon Forge and about 30 minutes to Gatlinburg. Back roads will get you wherever you want to go without getting stuck on the strip. Our cottage is light and airy. Nice kitchen with granite counter tops and dishwasher. It is on a quiet dead end street. Only 10 miles from the airport. Our cottage is located 1.2 mi from Ish Creek boat ramp. We are just up the road if you need anything. You are welcome to call or text. Our cottage is very close to 3 different public water areas. The first is just over a mile. Very relaxing area. Access to bedroom #3 may be restricted per # of guests.

There is plenty of room to accommodate 6 to 8 people, with a master bedroom with bathroom attached, and 2 other bedrooms that share a bath and a half. The most amazing part of our cottage is outside. There is a back porch with gas grill, hot tub, fire pit and even a 9 hole Disc Golf course!
