Marmaris: aluguel por temporada com área externa

Mehmet bey çok ilgili ve alakalıydı eve girişimiz çok rahattı ev fotoğraflardaki gibi değildi daha da iyiydi gerçekten çok rahat ettik araç park etmek bir problem değildi ve konum olarakta çok merkezi bir konaklama oldu çoğu şeye erişebiliyorduk rahatça evde her türlü ihtiyaç gereç mevcuttu çok memnun kaldık mehmet beye teşekkürler

This has to be one of the best homes we have ever stayed in. The views were incredible, the house was beautiful. Deniz was unbelievably helpful with everything, from local recommendations to including private driver Şener (who was lovely). The area is tranquil and gorgeous. Cannot recommend how great they both were. Boats tours to visit the surrounding islands. The pool was beyond amazing. The holiday was perfect 💖

Two weeks with a family of 6 were spent in Tuge’s villa. We had a lovely time. The villa is beautiful, well appointed, with comfortable beds, plenty of bed linen, plenty of towels for bath and sunbeds by the pool. The kitchen is well-appointed with all of the equipment, cutlery and crockery necessary. The pool and pool area is superb, we spent almost every day in the pool. It is just the right temperature, and cleaned daily. We intend to return!

We had a great stay at Busra’s place. It was a little hard to find because Google maps took us to the wrong spot just down the road. Other than that the place was perfect and exactly as described.

We haven not met Tugce in person, but she was always on call and kind. The flat was clean. As you can see in the pictures, living room and kitchen are joint in one room which could be a bit poky, if you are planning to sit inside. We have spent most of our time on the big balcony, thus, it was not an issue for us. I would highly recomment to come by car since there are no taxis and the closest supermarket is about 10min within walking distance.

Konakladığımız süre boyunca merve hanım ve eşi oldukça ilgiliydi, bize gezi rehberi dahi sundular. Ev merkeze 15-20 dakika yürüme mesafesinde ama bizim için sıkıntı değildi, evin sakin bir yerde olması hatta daha iyiydi. Faal bir tatil yapmak, şehri gezmek isteyenler için uygun bir ev, biz genel olarak tüm gün dışarıda olduğumuz için evin olanakları yeterliydi. Evin üst katında merve hanım ve ailesi kalıyordu, herhangi bir ihtiyaç doğması durumunda kolayca ulaşılabilirler. Evin girişi bahçeden geçtikten sonra, bilmekte fayda var😊 Özetle ne ev ne de ev sahipleriyle ilgili bir sorun yaşamadık, tekrar teşekkür ederiz :)

Eeva çok iyi bir ev sahibiydi. Her konuda hızlıca yardımcı oldu. Gitmeden önce ikramlarına kadar ince düşünülmüş bir hazırlık yapmıştı. Evini çok sevdik, çam ormanlarının içerisinde korunaklı bir tatil imkanı sağladı. Seneye yeniden görüşmek dileğiyle tatilimizi bitirdik. Misafirperverliği için ona çok teşekkür ederiz.

Kardelen hanım ve ailesi çok ilgili ve harika ev sahibi.Neye ihtiyacımız varsa bize hemen yardımcı oldu ve bilgilendirdi.Fotograflarda ne varsa evde mevcut.Mutfak ve salondan çıkılan balkon bizim evdeki favorimizdi çok güzeldi.Sabah temiz hava ve kuş sesleriyle uyaniyorsunuz.Herseyden önemlisi ev tertemiz, yataklar çarşaflar tertemiz.Salondaki televizyon Android özelliği var YouTube üzerinden video izleyebiliyorusunuz.Evin konumu Marmaris ve Akyaka lokasyonlarina çok yakın.Ayrica Dalyan, Köyceğiz gibi yerlerede 40 dakikalik mesafede yakın sayılır.Market ihtiyacınız için Akyaka da bilindik marketlerin hepsi mevcut alışveriş için tercih edebilirsiniz.Eve girdiğimizde buzdolabindaki meyve, soda,su ikramları da çok güzeldi ev sahibimize tekrardan teşekkür ederiz.Kisacasi gönül rahatlığıyla kalabileceğiniz, güvenli temiz bir aile evi kendilerine tekrardan teşekkür ederiz.İsini düzgün yapan böyle insanların artması ümidiyle.

О жилье могу оставить только очень положительный отзыв. Нам хозяева предоставили очень уютное и абсолютно новое жилье с прекрасным видом на море! Есть все! Техника новая. Большой телевизор, утюг, фен, посуда, стиральная машина, посудомоечная машина, плита для приготовления, кофеварка и даже пылесос. Я очень благодарен хозяевам и в особенности Zafer за его доброжелательность и желание сделать наш отдых незабываемым и приятным. Мы обязательно вернемся снова! От моря пешком 2 минуты. Рядом есть бары, рестораны, магазины. Прекрасное место, где мы с семьей чудесно отдохнули! Персонал отзывчивый. Есть чистый бассейн и ресторан с вкусными блюдами. Рекомендуем!!!

The place is perfect if you want to stay in Marmaris. Very close to the beaches and activity, but the place itself is quiet so no loud music until the middle of the night like you would get at a hotel. Whenever we needed something, miss Yesim helped us out. We couldn't help but to leave her something small behind just for her care. We had a great time and can totally recommend the place for anyone looking to stay in Marmaris

Marmaris'te ilk tatilimizdi. Bölgeyi çok bilmemekle birlikte biraz araştırdım.Söğüt ve civarı araştırırken özellikle ilgimi çekti. Gerek koy, gerekse kaldığımız yer umduğumuz gibi güzeldi. Eylül Ayında gitmenin de avantajını yaşadık, sahil sakindi. Evin manzarası günün her saati ayrı güzeldi. güneş evin balkonuna öğleden sonra yavaş yavaş düştüğü için kahvaltılarda ve akşam yemeğinde balkonun keyfini rahatça çıkardık, akşam gün batımı ayrı güzeldi. Sahil dönüşü yokuş olunca sahile arabamızla gidip gelmeyi tercih ettik. Arabamızla köy içinde tatsız bir kaza yaşadığımız için son iki gün keyfimiz kaçmadı değil. Ama tatilimiz güzel geçti. Esra Hanım'ın anne ve babası bahçede müştemilatta idiler, her ihtiyacımıza sorumuza anında yetiştiler, çok hoş ve kaliteli insanlar..Esra Hanım da kiralama anından itibaren gayet kibar, sabırlı ve ilgili idi. Hepsine çok teşekkür ediyorum.

I cannot recommend Veronika’s place enough. From the moment we booked she was responsive and helpful. The apartment itself was SPOTLESS when we arrived and had absolutely EVERYTHING we could possibly need. The location, interior and amenities were second to none. At the beginning of my stay I accidentally smashed a glass, I told Veronika and she was very understanding, asking more about my welfare than the broken item. She is a very kind woman and an extremely attentive host. The location of the apartment could not be better, we were so happy with it. After a long flight, we arrived late at night. Waiting for us was a 6 pack of water and some nuts. Exactly what we needed after a long journey. Veronika’s place is the BEST Airbnb we have ever stayed at. I will 100000% be returning and if you’re thinking of booking I couldn’t recommend it enough. Thank you Veronika for being such a great, understanding host and for providing us with such a beautiful place. 🤍🤍🤍🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷

We had a fab few days at Karen’s place with beautiful views of Turunc bay. There were 7 of us and we felt there was just enough space, rooms and bathrooms to accommodate us all. The free shuttle from Loryma to the beach and town was very useful. It doesn’t run all day so a bit of pre-planning is needed around the timings. The resort has enough on site facilities such as games room, gym and pool to stay busy on-site. Unfortunately, the pool is not heated so can feel chilly quickly, but it is clean, well kept and a good size for swimming lengths and casual swimming.

Situated in the old town of Marmaris this property is stunning the views over the marina are outstanding The property itself is very cosy well decorated and maintained to a high standard everything that you need for your stay is there three maybe four terraces available all with stunning views , easy access to the marina within 5mins walk , 5 mins walk to everywhere perfect location thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend

Hakki was the perfect host, very responsive and quick to help with any questions. The property was in a great location and felt very safe for our family. Turunc itself was very pretty and bit off the tourist path and felt very authentic. Great market open on a Monday just five minutes walk away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spacious property. Thanks again!

Leyla's apartment is super nice, crystal-clean, nice-smelling and very well situated since the public beach is 8-10 minutes away and the center of Marmaris and the Grand Bazaar are 5 minutes away. There is definitely a parking spot on premise well in the shade and safe. The apartment is on an elevated ground floor which makes it cool, it is surrounded by trees and bushes and it has a large balcony for rest and relaxation with a swing, breakfast or dinner maybe, and also clothes drying if needed. The big bed is super comfy, the linens and towels are white and fluffy, the only downside was the foldable couch which was not comfortable for sleeping. All in all, Leyla is indeed a super nice host and her place is just gorgeous. We definitely recommend it to all travelers as THE airbnb of Marmaris!
