Big Bear is known for its excellent fishing trophy sized large mouth bass as well as crappie, catfish and bream. Popular for boating, picnicking, birdwatching and sightseeing. When you’re not boating close attractions include Dismals Canyon and Bankhead National Forest for a day of hiking adventures.
