This private guesthouse is situated on 10 acres less than 5 minutes from downtown Bellville and just 5 miles off I-71. Unwind on the comfortable couch or one of the two outdoor spaces that have great country views. On the main level where you enter you will find a desk, half bath and washer/dryer. Upstairs is the main living space with a dining table, living room, kitchen, full bath, and spacious queen bedroom.

Just blocks from downtown, the Carriage House is 2 miles from Mt Vernon Nazarene University and 5.5 miles from Kenyon College. The Carriage House features a master suite in the loft, with a comfy queen size bed, and a separate sitting area with a 55" TV.
