We had a wonderful stay! Great location, close to the AF Academy. Great place to stay and the price is very fair!

Welcoming & cozy from the first step in the door. Comfortable beds, good shower spray, plenty of refrigerator space. We thought it was a super thoughtfully laid out place…everything you put together for us & other guests. If you children, there is a pack n play, a high chair, toys and books. There are a few games and movies. Roku tv

The Airbnb was very nice! Clean, spacious, groceries stores nearby. It was close to a lot of things we wanted to visit, Garden of the Gods is just 20 mins away! Will definitely stay again!

Very clean, quiet, comfy place making us feel right at home. Had everything we needed and it’s located in a great spot. Gabby was very proactive, checking in on us to see if everything was ok. Would highly recommend, in fact we plan on staying here again on our next trip to Springs!

We all enjoyed our stay here so much. Less than 15 minutes to several places including Manitou Springs and the Cog Railway that took us to the top of Pikes Peak. Easy access to I-25. All the bedrooms were comfortable and neighborhood was quiet and we all slept well. The appliances were good quality and we even enjoyed the gas BBQ outside! Austin was a gracious host! I highly recommend this place as it was also an excellent value for our family.

This place is amazing. It’s like being home. The beds are super comfortable. I loved that the grocery store (Safeway) (Like Albertsons, Tom thumb if you come from Texas lol) is only 4 minutes away. It is close to highway, and like 30 minutes away from many main attractions. We really liked the place.

Loved staying in Zoey’s home! I had hurt my ankle the previous day ruining a lot of my hiking plans and she was kind enough to let me check in early allowing the rest of my party to go hike and me rest. The place itself was lovely and private despite being underneath another Airbnb. We never saw anyone else. We could hear movement upstairs so I suggest bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper! It was centrally located and very easy to find if you pay attention to the very detailed notes left by Zoey. I would stay here again. Thanks Zoey!

Really enjoyed our stay at Shelly's place. It had everything we needed and was cozy. Didn't feel like we lacked anything and it was cozy. Appreciate that it was so clean and close to local restraunts and a grocery store down the street. I would recommend for anyone wanting to be close to the "city of Powers" but not exactly in the high traffic area.

This place is exactly as pictured - cozy with lots of charm. Beds were very comfy & the rental was clean. Parked on street right out front. Quiet neighborhood. Centrally located to great restaurants, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Manitou cliff dwellings, etc. Zoey was very quick to respond to any questions we had or offer suggestions. We enjoyed our 2 night stay & would stay again.

Philip was a great host, he responded quickly and everything was as described. The unit was very homey. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessary things to cook including seasonings which was nice. We loved that it was pet friendly and had a mostly fenced in area where our dogs could run around. Completely out of his control were the upstairs neighbors. They were very noticeable, you can hear just about any move they make up there and unfortunately ours were coming home at 2am and being rowdy. So be aware of this if you have noise reactive animals! Overall I would stay here again, with or without my pups. 🐶

This cozy and wonderful sized apartment was perfect for my boyfriend and our dog 😄. Though we did not use or touch the room with the full size bed except use the amazing soft blanket that was laying on that bed. We appreciated her for sharing the laundry room it helped for when we want to get home without starting a load of laundry! ☺️ ($1.50 to do drying and washing with miscellaneous items included!) We have loved the sight seeing and trying different foods! Our favorite was whataburguer and Tacos El amigo! Yum! Our pup Jäger loved pub dog and was an amazing social experience and experiment! Very convenient spot as everything you want to try is 5 mins too 1 hour away. From food to beautiful sight seeing, we did so much! Our favorite hike we we loved was mount buckthorn trail. It was a 2 mile hike up and down at 8,400 feet. Again, such an amazing experience and memorable for us forever.

OMG! What a great property tucked into downtown. Staying here felt like being “in on” a secret. The town was hopping with spring breakers, but the unit was very quiet overall. The reserved parking space was an added benefit. The unit was clean and cozy with everything at your fingertips. I would say that if you plan to cook in the unit bring aluminum foil. 😊 Again, if you get the chance to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

I hope I can always stay here!! My wife snd I have stayed in these units multiple times. They are spotless and offer all the amenities of home. The owners are responsive and take great pride in their property. I’ll be back!!

The upstairs toilet wouldn’t fill with water/flush. Shower was very slippery. We found a shower mat the second day. Upstairs bathroom outlets don’t work. Would be nice to have filtered water in the kitchen. The whole place was clean. Kitchen was well stocked for food prep.
