Manado: apartamentos para aluguel por temporada

Die Wohnung ist direkt über der MTC Shopping-Mall für mich war es natürlich wichtig, dass ich eine Wohnung habe für die digitale Nomaden, also mit schnellen internet , was in Indonesien nicht so schnell ist wie in anderen ländern allgemein liegt es bei 24 mbits, ich brauche aber für meinen online job mindestens 50 mbits, Amanda hat das unmögliche Möglich gemacht und es mit IT-spezialisten aus Manado bis zu 50 mbits hoch gebracht, ich war begeistert und konnte einwandfrei arbeiten. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß bestehen aus Bad küche und einem sehr großen Zimmer mit zwei Betten sodass eine gesamte Familie hineinpasst und schön sauber war alles und hat alles was man braucht , ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt, vielen Dank Amanda dass du alles möglich gemacht hast, ich komme bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder und empfehle dich weiter an digitale Nomaden, die auch nach Manado kommen möchten. The place have everything you need to make your stay pleasant, a very large terrace with a beautiful view of the city, a kitchen where you can make your own breakfast. I strongly recommend it

Beautiful place, amazing view close to the water and a shop at 5 min walking, amazing host 🌊 safe space to park your motorbike, downstairs you have always people present who answer your questions and help you out. There is a pool on the 15th floor which is also pretty amazing. Just be aware there is no WiFi connection, I didn't read this well( my own fault) and it got a bit stressy with work. also, be aware that somehow the 4G signal in the building ( or Manado?) is not so strong if you want to do video calling would def recommend!

We like this apartment so much we decided to extend our stay. The host is very welcoming, flexible and kind. The view from the apartment is delightful - you can see both mountains and the sea, and from here you can easily walk to the mall where there are many restaurants and places to watch the sunset. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Manado, especially for longer stays.

Ik ben hier 3 weken geweest, en ik heb genoten van mijn verblijf! Alles was in orde en als er iets was kon ik haar een bericht sturen en er werd meteen gereageerd. Ik kom hier zeker terug! En zeker een aanrader voor andere

The place comes with a great view. Its location is convenient enough with choices of eateries and the biggest mall -Mantos Mall- within walking distance. The praying hands monument was also within walking distance. The management was also very nice and helpful. Al assisted us throughly from the moment we checked till checkout. The host Angelia was a great host and was always responsive even though we inquire so much till midnight😅 A great choice for location.

We spent 1 week at John's place and really enjoyed ourselves because the view was amazing. There was also lots of eateries nearby. My favorite was SONDO | MISOA BAR where the beef meesuah was the best. We also took a walk to the nearby market Pasar Bahu and had nasi kuning there. John was helpful with information on Manado as well as flexible with the check in and check out time. We had to place a cash deposit with him which he graciously agreed allowed us to use our own local currency as we didn't want to return with too much Indonesian Rupiah at the end of our trip. Overall a very pleasant stay.
