The cozy decor makes this a warm and inviting space. The terrace offers a sea-line view and its colonial windows and doors open to get you in contact with the ocean breeze while you enjoy that morning coffee. This cluster offers a swimming pool only a 5 minute walk away. The beach is accessible via the Beach Club only a 5 minute drive.

It is the closest villa to the hotel, literally next to the hotel/ Restaurants/ 2 great pools/beach chairs and umbrellas in the unit/fully stock kitchen/beach towels, beach toys/boogie boards/coolers/full concierge service/grocery prestock service, Excursions and services/ 10 min drive to the Rainforest/great trails/spectacular waterfalls and zip lining

Beautiful and fully remodeled beach condo in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico that is only a few steps away from its own private beach! Located in a gated community where you can enjoy 2 swimming pools, tennis & basketball courts, a playground, and it’s only a five-minute drive from 2 golf courses. A quick drive to all the major tourist attractions, including El Yunque Rainforest, horseback riding, the Luquillo Kiosks, and much more. And it’s very close to supermarkets, restaurants, and entertainment.

Fall asleep to the sound of the surf in our 2-bedroom, 2-bath ocean front condo. It's beautifully furnished and fully equipped with 2 queen beds + 2 comfortable full-sized click-It sofas. Enjoy meals on the balcony overlooking the ocean view! PLEASE NOTE: Our ocean wall had to be rebuilt after Hurricane Maria. A gate to the ocean was installed but the stairs have yet to be installed. No worries--beach access is available through the community basketball court (3 doors beyond our property.)
