Rustic home, kid friendly

We are close to anything you may need and have the WHOLE house to yourself! Central location, just a few blocks from downtown. We have a trampoline in the ground, park for the kids, new basketball court, big covered porch to sit and relax, and a super nice fire pit with lots of seating. Cozy space for a nice visit/get away! The neighbors are up on the street while we r down behind/below for peace. Says 10 for sleeping cause I have had lots of requests. There is an air mattress available.

We are thrilled to announce that we have now installed a brand new king bed in our main bedroom! We have planted grass on all our hillsides this year - these hillsides become fun-packed sledding hills once we have had a decent snowfall or two! so, if you are coming in the winter, pack your sleds!

Step into our magical, repurposed grain bin and experience an alternate reality. The rustic interior, featuring salvaged barnwood, brings a piece of Jackson Hole, Wyoming to this unique homestead. Inside, you'll find a workspace, kitchen, two double beds, and a loft with a big screen TV (no internet). A bar is perfect for meals while you watch a flick. Need more space? Add our bunkhouse with 5 full beds, a large TV, and a game table. (Note: Bunkhouse has no bathroom).

This cottage, located just 1.5 miles south of Preston’s city center, is the perfect place to relax, view the mountains and enjoy the outdoors. Located in a beautiful country setting on 5 acres this is a 2-bedroom 1 full bath guest suite in walk in basement with living/dining area, and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot and mini fridge only, NO oven, NO kitchen sink). We are located just 5 miles from Lava Hot Springs.
