The house is amazing. We had a group of ladies, 8 of us. It was perfectly comfortable. The beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean.

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the whole experience seamless. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Beautiful house that was perfect for our party. The neighborhood is undergoing revitalization so some areas near by are less than desirable but we always had easy access to the highway for where we wanted to go.

This home is stunning and it was the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever been in. The place was spotless and we truly felt at home. We literally had everything we needed plus more! This was the perfect house for a family get away! Pam was an incredible host and provided us with breakfast, snacks and coffee!! The house was well equipped and had everything you could think of needing! The large family room was such a great place for us to hang out together and the pool was an added bonus! The bedrooms were all spacious and had comfortable beds! The basement was the perfect place for the kids to hang out and relax! We would love to stay in their home again sometime!

Great place, Great location...close to Broadway. My only complaint was that the cleaning people showed up at 3:20pm and we're not done cleaning the apartment until 4:30pm, so we had to wait for them to finish before we could unpack...not the owners fault, but the owner should be aware.

I booked this place for a last minute girls trip. Our trip was during a holiday weekend and the host was extremely responsive leading up to a holiday weekend. The check-in information was extremely detailed and clear. We were looking for a place we could hang out, cook with a great pool. The house is in a great location. It felt secluded but we were about 15 minutes to convenient shopping, restaurants. BF was our contact while we were on the property and she was extremely nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Amy was an amazing host and very responsive. Her property was very impressive and left our entire group with our mouth open the moment we walked in. The house was very comfortable and spacious, and had everything our group needed for the weekend. The location was also top notch. We were close to downtown and everywhere we wanted to go to. I highly recommend this location and Amy if you’re planning to go to Nashville.

My stay was here was absolutely surreal! I loved being close to downtown Nashville, yet removed from the noise of it all at the same time. It was so peaceful and quiet. Not to mention, public and first watch are right across the street. Carrie also went out of her way to ensure my stay was top tier. She was always responsive and helpful. I loved staying here and hope to stay again in the future! Thank you Carrie!

Was in town to see concert at The Brooklyn Bowl. This location was an easy 5 minute walk to venue. There was construction going on across the street that made getting into location a little difficult if using gps but not a big issue.

The host was very friendly and quick to respond! The balcony was super nice and the location was nice. I felt safe knowing that you had to use codes to get in to the building and such. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This place was not only beautiful and fun but also in a great location in walking distance to Broadway and other fun Nashville attractions.

My husband gifted me a night here so I could safely crash after a concert at Brooklyn Bowl. Instructions to get in were clear and easy. I didn't need it, but I loved that there were products there already for makeup removal. Checkout requests were reasonable and easy to follow. It was clean, cute. and comfy!

I loved this place! It was the best location it could have been, and right next to the river trail for a scenic walk into Broadway. I loved how close it was to the Sounds Stadium and the new restaurants there. Also, Liz's touches were so thoughtful! It wasn't just normal stuff, she had cotton pads that I realized I had forgotten when I arrived and nice shampoos, and made sure that since we had to start the dishwasher to check out, it was an easy pod! Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay. The place was so nice. Very cute, clean and great location. We enjoyed the pool and got a little sun. Easy walked to Broadway. We will definitely be back.
