Just to set the right expectation — the apartment is located in Cross Pakhadi Lane, Versova. The area is a bit lower middle-class locality. There is no parking inside the premises, and cars do not enter the lane, so there is about a 30-metre walk from the main road. The apartment itself is well maintained and located on the 3rd floor with a lift.
