The fully separate home is located on our property offering a great space for a couple or a couple with small children. We are located 10 minutes from the East Gate entrance to Algonquin Provincial Park that offers interpretive trails, museums and vast lakes and rivers for day or overnight canoeing trips. Algonquin Parks has much to offer and would encourage you to visit their website. The town of Whitney is about five minutes from our home. Amenities offered; restaurants, gas stations, Pharmacy, post office, grocery store, beer/liquor store, outfitters for canoe rentals and gift store. A beautiful sandy beach and children's playground are located in town.

The Red Canoe Cottage

Welcome to the Red Canoe Cottage on Lake St. Peter! Our cottage is surrounded by beautiful pine trees, 180 degree views of the lake and 410 ft of shoreline. We have both the sunrise and sunsets which can all be viewed from the inside of the cottage! Spacious 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and a propane fireplace make for a cozy and relaxing stay. The cottage is walking distance to Lake St. Peter Provincial Park and a 30 min drive to Algonquin Provincial Park. Close to snowmobile and ATV Trails.
