You will wish to stay here for a long time. For example, some of our guests planned to visited us for 3 days, but stayed for 3 weeks! The panoramic view of the coniferous forest is simply mesmerizing! You will want to spend maximum time on the personal large terrace, and possibly do yoga. There is an exit to the lawn from the terrace, where you can spend time as well. We have chosen a species of tree birch bark for the design of this room. You will appreciate the warm natural colors of this room and the wooden style of the bed. Room size: 40 m2 + 15 m2 terrace with forest views. Located on the ground floor, this room has a private entrance.

The hotel is conveniently located near: • The train station – 7 km • The bus station – 5 km ( transport goes directly from the hotel to both) • Victoria Gardens mall • Cafes, grocery stores, pharmacy – 1 minute walk We are located on the second floor of the building and have one working floor. Access is only possible by stairs. The entrance is from Naukovaya Street. Opposite the hotel there is a public car parking, which is charged from 8:00 to 20:00 by QR code.
