Tita Rho and Tito Jaime were really nice and accommodating! The place is perfect for family vacation. It's near everything - restaurants/fast food, jeepney/taxi, bus terminal, stores, and mall. Highly recommended! ❤️

The Clemente Farm was probably one of the best stays we’ve had. The host, Catherine, was incredibly responsive and accommodating to all of our requests. The property itself is peaceful and secluded, making it perfect for unlimited karaoke. They also provided us with a delicious breakfast and even cooked exactly what we were craving. Definitely a 10/10 — we will absolutely come back!!

Love this home! It’s so cozy and nostalgic. We came with a few kids and they wished we stayed for longer. The house was cleaned very well - a few of us are sensitive to dust, but no sneezing here at all. The house is well cared for for its age. We thoroughly enjoyed the garden and sitting out with a bonfire in the evenings. Would love to stay again

The place is clean and well-maintained. It has two spacious bedrooms on the second floor, each with a toilet and bath (one located inside the master bedroom), and another bedroom near the kitchen area, where a separate powder room and bathroom are located. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated all 13 of us. The pillows, bedsheets, and blankets were super clean and fresh. The kitchen is well-equipped with cookware and utensils, including plates, spoons, forks, knives, glasses, cups, and other cooking tools. Appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave oven, and an induction stove are also provided. It’s also great that the house is equipped with a water heater.

Our family had a great time in this old but beautiful home. We love the spacious veranda where the family hangout for drinks and throwback stories of our life. You can feel the peaceful Baguio atmosphere in this secluded place in the city. Smooth communication with Ms.Marlyn.

It is indeed one of the best Airbnbs I have ever booked. The place is even more beautiful in actual than in photos. The host is very responsive and helpful. I will definitely recommend this to friends and family. Super worth it!

You can say that the place is really clean just from the smell itself, even in the bathroom. It's convenient as well, the kitchenware is complete from the cookware to the utensils. There's also toilettries and towels provided, as well as drinking water and clean refrigerator with big freezer. There's a convenient store, small sari-sari store and bakery in the area - but they are close every Sunday. Parking is also provided, but it's kind of hard to maneuver - which was reminded ahead of time. It is also better if they had at least a toilet upstairs so there's no need to go down in the middle of the night to use the toilet. The owner is considerate as well because she waived the extra payment for the child. Overall, we are satisfied on our 3D2N stay. The rate is really worth it. The house is very spacious, it is recommendable to big set of friends or family. We will surely come back again soon.

The caretaker was incredibly helpful and friendly, even suggesting a few local spots for us to check out, which made our trip even better. Nice AirBNB townhouse for the price. Spacious and on a super quiet street in a safe gated subdivision. 2 bedrooms (1 with queen bed and the other with 2 single beds) both upstairs. 2 CR (1 up 1 down). Dirty kitchen and refrigerator. Fireplace. Nice and comfortable furniture. The caregiver is wonderful and really adds value to our stay. It is easy to use Grab for food delivery or rides. Also, the guard will hail a taxi quickly… you can be in the town center in 10 minutes but have your peace and quiet. It is walking distance to PureGold grocery. ms Lisa will meet you at Kape Umali for checkin. She responds quickly to any questions. We asked for an electric kettle to make a hot tabo bath and she brought one to us in less than 1 minute. Both upstairs and downstairs CR have heaters but the low water pressure upstairs could not keep the hot water on. The downstairs heater worked great! Hygiene products are not provided and towels are ₽50 each. Extra water container is ₽50 after the first.

I stayed at Ms Irene's BNB with a friend for Jhope's concert in MOA Arena last weekend. Her BNB was clean and as advertised. Shore 3 Tower 2 Guards were helpful and respectful. The unit was easy to locate and if you dont want to walk to MOA there are tuktuks and jeepneys going to MOA at PEA Road. Very accessible and sulit for concert goers like me whondoesnt want to be stuck in traffic and get rest after an awesome event.. Thanks Ms Irene.

Jubilee provides a unique accommodation that fits all our needs for a group staycation and we are definitely going to book this place again when we have another group outing in Baguio. The beds are comfortable and the house is spacious enough for 6-8 people. The round table is great for dinner and boardgames. One huge plus for us is that the shower heater works perfectly and can be easily operated. Thank you so much jubilee ! Looking forward to our next visit

Arrived early hours in the morning but the host was there waiting with smile on their face Were very helpful during my stay.The place was small and compact but being on my own was just right.Was a short walk to sari sari store and tricyles which i used a lot as didnt have my own transport.Was there for 1 month and enjoyed every minute. For short stay its worth it.

We booked the Beach Villa to celebrate our Golden Retriever’s 2nd birthday, and it was the best decision! The place is huge—perfect for big dogs to roam off-leash. It's peaceful, clean, beachfront, and very well-maintained and you won’t even see dust or cockroaches. Their resident dog, Cookie (a sweet, playful and friendly golden/lab), played with ours, which made our stay even better. Since we’re work from home graveyard shift, we woke up at 10:30 am, and the host, Ms. Angelica, kindly let us stay until 3pm (checkout is 11am), giving us time to enjoy the villa. Big thanks to Ate Maymay for touring us, Kuya Rjay who picked up our food, and the friendly guards who made us feel safe. Just keep in mind that it's a solar-powered place so be mindful of electricity, but the fresh air and breeze made it relaxing even without aircon. I have so much positive to say but Airbnb only allows 1000 characters lol but yeah overall, it’s perfect and we’ll definitely come back! 🌊🐾🤍

So glad to have found Dra Abby’s little paradise. It wasn’t like any private resorts that you rent because you get privacy in the basement while having the most fun! Everything was squeaky clean and huge shoutout as well to ate Gelai for always making sure we have everything we need! Communication was extremely fast and we are so satisfied. Thank you for hosting our family. The staff was very accommodating. We suggested adding contrasting edges to the stairs in the villa since they have the same color as the tiles on the upper floor, making them easier to see, especially at night. The place was clean! Great experience—we'll definitely come back!

Sir Albert was very responsive and easy to talk to. The place is great enough for a family celebration. Fun because of the karaoke. However, some of the kitchen tools (rice cooker) can be cleaned better. Otherwise, we had no serious issue during our stay. The host even allowed us to pick mangoes from the tree inside the resort! We had a great time!

Amazing Stay at Balay Angkan! Balay Angkan is stunning & peaceful, perfect for big groups like families. We stayed for 3D2N, 18 pax at first then 7 more joined. We paid PHP 1,250 per extra guest. The villa is huge, very clean & aesthetic. For PHP 30k-35k/night (depending on season), you get the whole beautiful villa! The infinity pool, rooms & complete kitchen were amazing. There’s a long table perfect for gatherings. We just shopped & cooked our meals. There’s also a grill. Lots of bonding areas like the poolside long table & terrace upstairs. We also enjoyed videoke! So peaceful & quiet! The admins, especially Sir Don & Ms. Jen, were very responsive, kind & patient. The caretakers were also very helpful. Only downside was we weren’t allowed late checkout until 1 PM, but overall everything was perfect! Highly recommended—just make sure to book early as it’s always fully booked!

The place is nice and clean, the host and caretakers are friendly, accommodating and responsive. The place is huge as well so you have space for activities. The view is also nice and relaxing because there are a lot of trees inside the compound. We hope to visit again :)
