Upgrades in the home include new stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite counters, gorgeous custom tilework in the bathroom, a fantastic covered deck overlooking the rear of the property and it is comfortably furnished and fully stocked.

Our barndo is located on our quaint 10 acre farm. The barn sits in the center of two pastures overseeing highland cows, horses, alpaca, donkeys, sheep and ducks. A cup of coffee, the sound of the rooster crowing while rocking under the awning is an experience in itself. Pet and feed the livestock during your visit. We are conveniently located near several wedding venues in historic Marion county and just an hour from Myrtle Beach. This is a rustic and peaceful farm experience you won’t forget.

You’ll enjoy a beautiful outside living area complete with fire pit, sitting area and front porch chairs to sip your coffee overlooking the farm. Plenty of grass & open area for your pet, small kids or just to take an evening stroll around the farm.

The suite is set among eight acres of woods with a walking trail, an outdoor dining area with a grill and fire pit, a sunbathing area and space for lawn games. It provides all you need for your wellbeing, such as digital detox/fast, forest bathing, earthing, quiet retreats, nature connection, peaceful time and lots of books to read. The suite is next to the main house, with a private bathroom and its own entrance, front yard and small pond. It is isolated from noise and the view of others.

Enjoy your spacious retreat located in a peaceful neighborhood on the 1st floor of our duplex. Come retreat in the spa-like bathroom, while the kids play! It features an over-sized soaking tub & separate shower. There is 1 bedroom with a king bed & twin futon. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room & plenty of eating space in the dinette. Your back porch overlooks a large fenced yard with kid toys. Your entrance is separate & private from the upstairs unit. No full kitchen/sink.

Chauffeur’s Apartment on Historic Property

Enjoy the former chauffeur's quarters located on the grounds of our National Register of Historic Places property with access to the tranquil gardens of the Manor House. The kitchen is complete and the comfortable full-sized bed should provide a good night's rest. Downtown activities are within easy walking distance. There are multiple seating areas to enjoy the extensive gardens on the one acre grounds that are shared with the main property. We cannot host guests under the age of 16.

The kitchen is fully equipped for individuals who like to cook. The living room is equipped with a television and a roku. A washer and dryer is available for use in the garage.

The Riverfront cottage is centrally located to I-95 & 295, Methodist University, Fort Bragg, and downtown Fayetteville.
