Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

Almost all rooms in the house offer a stunning view of the river, and you can also savor the riverside scenery from the outdoor hot tub and terrace. The city services are only about 5 km, and Santa Claus Village is 15 km away. In front of the house, there are ample parking spaces for cars. Excellent jogging and skiing opportunities are nearby.

Direkt am Polarkreis gelegen mit Zugang zum Wasser (Kemijoki) wohnst Du im Nebengebäude des Haupthauses in einer 1 Zimmer Wohnung (23 m²) mit eigenem Bad. Die Wohnung ist 12 Fahrminuten vom Flughafen und 7 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Im Sommer kannst Du Dich mit einem Sprung im Fluss Kemijoki erfrischen. Ein Golfplatz ist in der Nähe. Im Winter sind Langlaufloipe und Abfahrpiste nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Die Aussensauna direkt am Fluss kann gegen eine Gebuehr genutzt werden.

You can enjoy the nature and scenery to the river during your stay. While you are enjoying the sauna or outdoor jacuzzi, you might have chance to see the northern lights. This mini house can accommodate 4 people comfortably but we have beds even for 6. It has full kitchen and living room with windows facing river, sauna, shower, toilet and two bedrooms with big windows facing the forest. Outside it has two spacious terrace's, one with jacuzzi. The building has just been completed.

The apt has a bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a spacious living area with a full kitchen and a sofa-bed, as well as a loft area. We can be easily reached since we live in the same building, and we are happy to help with anything. The area is quiet and close to nature, with a beautiful lake nearby. This traditional Finnish cottage is located by the Lake Norvajärvi 15 km from the center of Rovaniemi and 10 km from the airport. We have renovated the cottage in summer and fall 2019&2022 for your better use. Here you can feel the Finnish cottage culture and enjoy the peace of nature and silence.
