The first floor bathroom features a stackable washer and dryer. Outside you can enjoy our patio, BBQ and fully fenced yard.

There are several shops, most notably Third Way Cafe, within walking distance. We are right around the corner from Grandview and Franklinton, which are awesome dinner/drink neighborhoods with many restaurants and breweries.
