Peaceful and airy, our centrally located cabin feels remote, but is just minutes from downtown Grand Junction amenities. Biker/Hiker Dream Location: 5 min drive to Lunch Loops mountain biking and hiking trails, 2 min bike ride from the driveway onto Little Park Rd, 13 minute drive to Bang's Canyon Trailhead. 5 min drive to yoga studio, groceries, and coffee. Cleanliness is our #1 priority! Bright and intentionally furnished with decor by local artists, our heart has gone into every detail.

Enjoy the classic charm as well as modern conveniences steps from Downtown! In the evening unwind, BBQ on the gas grill and warm up with the backyard firepit underneath the gazebo. Kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a washer/dryer in your unit. Please note that this is a main floor apartment with a 1 bed unit above and a 1 bed below. Extra insulation and extra thick carpet padding has been added for sound mitigation in the sleeping areas. Outside area is shared with the two apt.

A cozy and private suite (ADU) close to downtown Fruita and i-70 exit. The suite has a private entrance with keypad for self check-in. The 1br 1ba suite has mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Basically a hotel room. There is no kitchen or TV. Off-street parking is available. Shared fenced in yard for pets (shared w. host and host's friendly dog). Air-conditioned in summer. Ride in and ride out of a new modern home located a few hundred yards away from the Kokopelli Trail Head parking lot in Loma, CO. This house sits on 6 acres and has amazing views from every window and the large, elevated deck. The house boasts modern design, open concept, tall ceilings, a third story lookout loft, a pool table, and putting green with corn hole. There is a Kokopelli Trail map painted on the wall so you can plan your ride or hike. Relax and hangout indoors and outdoors!
