Inviting porch to sit and take in the beautiful small-town neighborhood, 15 minutes to Indian Lake and Mad River Mtn. House trained dogs welcome only $50 fee. NO CLEANING FEE if you clean up after yourself.

Hilltop Hide-Away is nestled on top of Mad River Mountain. You can walk/ski right to the lift; directly from the property, during the winter. Hiking on the mountain is always fun in the summer months. Enjoy horseback riding? You are minutes away from Marmon Valley Horse Farm! If exploring is your thing...check out the Ohio Caverns just a few miles down the road. Tiny House Refuge

The Tiny House Refuge is great for a weekend get away or a few days just to experience first hand, Tiny House living. The house is located at the top of Mad River Ski resort and is a short walk to the top of the ski lift. Bedding and linens are only provided for two guests. Enjoy a day of skiing or exploring Ohio Caverns and come home to make a meal in the a kitchen equipped with utensils, toaster oven, fridge, hot plate, pots, pans, and a microwave. Enjoy an evening campfire as well!

Water-Front/canal Key West Style Boathouse w/bikes

Great house on north side of Indian Lake. Fish from the patio on ground level and an 800 sq ft deck on the second floor. Stream tv and an antenna. 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths and a full kitchen. Moose and Eagle clubs close by. THIS HOUSE IS ON A WELL AND WATER SMELLS LIKE SULFUR SOMETIMES. IF THIS BOTHERS YOU DO NOT RESERVE. Kayaks and canoes are okay. There is no space for anything larger. Boat ramp 1 block from house. Boats connected to vehicles can be left there overnight. It's never busy.
