Enjoy water with wonderful water access private beach & awesome dock. Great upstairs deck to sit out & enjoy the lake view. Perfect place to relax. Note House Rules before making reservations. Rental Agreement & Waiver required. 8 PEOPLE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY STRICT NO PETS, NO SMOKING. Sorry NO WIFI. HotSpot will access internet.

The Bunkhouse room w/ private beach ON Lake LBJ

The bunkhouse is a private guest suite...separate from house, with private entrance, it's own shady deck, lake view, and lots of private beach. This is a NON-SMOKING property. This means no smoking anywhere.. Pets are allowed ( dogs) if meet guidelines listed in "other details". I will consider allowing 1 perhaps 2 dogs, MAKE SURE you read additional info in "Other Details" below.. I also have another guestroom space in the house that is listed on Airbnb that sleeps 2

This central Texas, hidden gem is the perfect spot for an affordable family getaway or romantic weekend. Deer-watch and star-gaze from our large balconey. Relax or play on our sand beach. Build your best sandcastle! Beautifully serene in our off seasons, which is my personal favorite time to be there but we love it when it's busy too! Roast s'mores in the firepit, play volleyball, fish off the dock...really great cove for kayaking! Or just use as a launch pad for Hill Country exursions.

As the sun climbs higher, cool off in the pool or relax under the shade with a fresh drink. Fire up the grill for a lakeside barbecue, then gather with loved ones to watch the sunset over the lake.

This studio has two full beds on lake Buchanan with direct sandy water access (30 feet to 1 minute walk depending on lake levels). Boat & Truck parking. Large water active play structure, fish cleaning station, horse shoes, private boat ramp (80% lake full required) or 4 wheel drive/ATV access to lakebed. Outside the back door of the room is the lake/view, and every room has its own BBQ, chairs & picnic table under a covered concrete patio. Extensive trees. Linens included.

The Cozy Lake Cabin is located on the peaceful interior of a peninsula with lake access only a short 100 yard walk from your cabin. Complete with Boat launch . You may beach your boat . Great swimming and fishing off the bank. Enjoy large fire pit by the water . Sleeps 2-4 and is fully contained . You can sit and enjoy the porch swing or light your fire pit. The swimming pool never closes. We rent another cabin and RV so it is possibly shared .

The back deck has a long pier with additional deck for fishing and is centrally located to the floating boat dock. The waterfront is a gradual slope for ease of swimming.
