Welcome to our barn conversion which we hope will provide you with the perfect escape, a base for your countryside adventures or a bed after exploring nearby towns and cities. Located on a working dairy farm the barn was converted in 2019 into 2 separate apartments each accommodating max 4 people. At the moment only the ground floor apartment is available to guests. Perfectly located with easy access from the M1 motorway, an hours drive from Dublin and Belfast and only 8 min by car to Dundalk.

It is located 15 minutes from both Newry and Dundalk.

Central location within walking distance of Dundalk town centre, shops, racecourse, pubs and restaurants. While still convenient to Dundalk, Blackrock, Carlingford and Carrickmacross. Only an hour drive will take you to both Dublin and Belfast City (M1 Motorway Junction 16) We have lovingly restored and renovated this cottage over the years to provide a cosy and welcoming home.

My house is situated 5 mins from the town centre and 2 mins from Ice House Hill Park. It has just been renovated to a high standard and I love it! It has two double bedrooms, bathroom, open plan living space and back garden.
