Obstbäumen und -sträuchern können gerne mitgenutzt werden. Berlin-Mitte ist 30 km entfernt, der Autobahnanschluß A 10 ca. 10 km. Gute Regionalbahn-Anbindung nach Berlin-Ostkreuz (Fahrtzeit ca. 40 Minuten) im 2,5 km entfernten Werneuchen. In der näheren Umgebung kann man (rad)wandern und in Seen baden.

Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

The apartment consists of bedroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom (with bathtub and shower) and balcony. Each room has high ceilings and rooftop windows (These windows and balcony door can not be darkened)The apartment is located nearby to a free parking zone (800m).
