Whether you need a country getaway or a place to lay your head after a football game, our cottage in the foothills of upstate SC is the perfect spot for both. You’ll find us tucked away just outside the quaint little town of Six Mile, 10 miles north of Clemson University and in close proximity to 3 of the upstate's favorite lakes: Lake Keowee, Lake Jocassee and Lake Hartwell. Here you’ll enjoy the serenity of country life without feeling “too far out" or away from all the upstate has to offer.

Clemson Carriage House | Private Guest House

In July of 2018, new construction began on the Clemson Carriage House and it was completed in January of 2019. This private, stand alone house sleeps 5 and there is another new listing called the Clemson Studio Retreat which is a 4 person adult studio if you have friends that want privacy and a separate kitchen and laundry. The house looks out on the woods as the pictures indicate and is a great alternative to hotels. There is more privacy and less price ! Parking available for RVs and boats.

The Wildflower

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located spot, away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 min from Clemson (10 min from Clemson University), nestled in the country in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy surrounding. The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

This is a basement apartment in my personal home with its own separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchen. Parking is on the street in front of the house and there’s a concrete walkway that takes you down to the entrance. It’s a studio style apartment with your own thermostat, a king bed, ceiling fans, over 500 sqft, and a fenced backyard for your pup if you bring one. This peaceful and centrally located place makes it very convenient to a lot of parks, mountains, Greenville, Clemson, Anderson and many more places to visit. It is a new build, and it will have a lot of the newest appliances with a very clean look. Located near a main highway that puts you 30 minutes to Clemson, Anderson, and Greenville. Easley is only 3 miles away with a lot of great restaurants and shopping places. In case of emergency, there are urgent care facilities and a Hospital.
