We had a great girls weekend in Savannah! The host was great and when there was an issue with the air conditioning, they fixed it as soon as they could and offered other accommodations in the meantime. I would definitely stay in this location again or in another Southern Belle rental!!

Overall, it was a great stay and the layout worked very well for our family. The location was walkable to everything and it was quiet. There was an issue with the air conditioning but Stuart was responsive in getting the problem resolved.

Jerry was an amazing host. He was very communicative from the beginning. Sent a very well detailed email listing all the instructions about the place as well as recommendations for local spots. The studio itself was clean, organized and had everything I needed for my time there. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great location! I stayed 18 nights in this apartment with my 20 year old daughter. Just steps away from Forsyth Park. Within walking distance of many tourist spots and great restaurants. The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had everything one needs to prepare a quick meal. Extra linens, towels, and pillows were a plus. Communication with the host was great as well.

Great location for our Bachelors Party of 8+. We specifically picked Andrew's place for the size, location and walkable access to anything and everything that is Savannah. The music on the weekends does play from the bars & clubs below until 3a, but that didn't hamper any of our stays as we were planning to be up until that time anyways. Highly recommend if you have a large group and want to enjoy what Savannah has to offer after dark!

If you are looking for the “Savannah Experience” this is the place to stay! Well designed, extremely nice inside. The design is the perfect combination of classic and soft modern. We felt like it was a home away from home. Bed was extra comfy and everything was spotless! Walking distance from downtown. Great local bars and restaurants. Such a beautiful neighborhood! Cute boutiques all around. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Zia’s in Savannah. The home is historically cute and beautiful inside. The location for us was perfect. You’ll be in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of all of the action in Savannah. Great spot!

John was very responsive and accommodating. He made an effort to allow us to check in early since we arrived two hours prior to check in. The apartment was clean and only 8-10 minutes from downtown Savannah. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for the entire month of February. A lot of space and opportunities for privacy. Located across from a park/square. My dog loved it. Note that two flights of stairs were required to enter (my pants have never fit better)

Nan and Pat are fantastic hosts. Always near by to answer questions, welcome guests, offer suggestions for places to visit. The AirBnB was spotless, pristine bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen for those who can’t make it to local restaurants. Highly recommended!

The place was great. It was just what we needed for a base for our trip and to spend some time in when not out and about. House very clean and tidy. As described. Really has a lot of character and was. A nice quiet area. Parking was great addition as we had a hire car. Michael answered questions prior to arrival but we did not require any assistance whist we stayed. Thanks. It made our stay much easier. 😊

This is a beautiful place to stay. I highly recommend it! Just be aware it is on the second floor of a house that is divided into two units. I hadn't realized that when booking and it caused some confusion for me when the owner mentioned a shared common foyer with other guests. However, the unit has a private, separately locked space on the second floor with all the rooms you see in the pictures.

This is where you want to stay in Savannah. Very secure (gate code at the street) free and plentiful street parking, vaulted ceilings, tons of space, balcony, and the building even has a rooftop patio space that we relaxed on several nights. Beautiful Forsyth park was a 5 minute walk, as well as trolley stops. There were also great food options within easy walking distance.

This is a wonderful spot to decompress and really take in Savannah. Take a day to explore and then enjoy the hot tub, listening to music. We loved our stay.

Charles’ place is an urban oasis. Thoughtfully restored, it has relaxing spaces both indoors and outdoors. The beds are comfortable. It’s easily walkable to several great restaurants as well as to Forsyth. Would definitely stay again.

Charles’s Airbnb was absolutely gorgeous. We stayed in “The Garden” suite and would definitely recommend to any one looking to stay when visiting Savannah. If you’re looking to get away and find peace and tranquility, this is the place. The surrounding areas are definitely walkable and so there is so much stumbled upon. My husband and I were very pleased with our stay.
