Plenty of parking in the driveway on the 1/2 acre lot for tournament fishermen. Plenty of grass for the pets and kids to play. Enjoy the views from the upper and lower decks . Family Friendly River Camp! Bring the Boat!

Come and relax on the river with the whole family! We are on the water with a dock with boat ties and swim ladder. During summer months we are accessible by boat. We do NOT have year around water so if you book after Labor Day it’s dependent upon TVA. Completely furnished kitchen with an air fryer for those chicken nuggets. Coffee maker too! We are safety minded for those with small children. We have plenty of life jackets. The top deck has a locking gate to keep the stairs blocked off.
