Built with one bedroom in the 1930's, it's been updated and added onto over the years. A split floor plan w/two bedrooms on each end offers privacy, perfect for families or groups. Soak up the lake days with ample outdoor space on the porches and two docks. The covered dock has a slip reserved for your boat, if desired. Enjoy using our kayaks and fire pit.

Come & visit our lakefront 4-BR, 2 -bath home, located on beautiful Lake Greenwood, SC in a quiet, shallow water cove (same as Skipper's)!! There is a dock for you to tie up your boat, pontoon, or jet ski. NOTE: There is no guarantee your boat will get to our dock as the water is approximately 1-2 foot deep at the dock. If your boat sits high on the water, you should not have an issue. We have a pontoon and have no issues. Skipper's is also on the same street for convenient boat launching.

Visitors are blown away by the view and the sound of the river. Beautiful walking trail and 2 kayaks available for use. There is a beautiful waterfall located only 600 yards upriver, by kayak. There are bald eagles, turtles, herons, etc.. 15 miles to GSP airport and 21 miles to downtown Greenville and Spartanburg. (No pets, smoking/vaping inside, or guns!)
