Our houseboat is docked on the canal with a beautiful view. We make every effort to provide a safe and fun experience. Some amenities include a shower, bathroom sink, kitchenette, microwave, fridge, A/C and gas grill. Since this is a green houseboat, a porta-potty is located about 50 ft. from the boat and the private parking.

A casa possui sala/quarto, cozinha (estilo loft) e banheiro (CHUVEIRO SEM AQUECIMENTO). Toda energia elétrica é solar e permite luz em todos os cômodos, possui tomadas para carregar celulares, câmeras e pequenos eletrônicos, já eletrônicos pesados como por exemplo, secador de cabelo NÃO é permitido. NÃO tem sinal de wifi na casa.

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.
