Debbie house was everything we needed and more. She was so quick to respond with any questions and had so many recommendations for the area. We are a helicopter crew working in the area and are moving around a ton. She even had a second home we could move in to with a last minute change from our side of work. We hope to stay at any of Debbie's locations anytime we are in the area!

This was our 2nd time staying here, and again we had a fantastic trip. We came with our kids, and our friends and their kids, and there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing and offers nice walks as a family. When it's snowy, our kids love going across the street to play. We'll definitely be coming back!

We have stayed 3 years in a row. we will come back again next year. very peaceful, and quiet...our dogs also love this place. love the sound of the river and the trains. Ember and Chris had everything we needed for a memorable stay.

Sam’s place is so magical! We had a Christmas family reunion here and it was so perfect. Sam was an exceptional host, and extremely proactive and responsive. They had a lovely Christmas tree and decorations, and the house was cozy and warm and beautiful. Sam really thinks of everything families could need! We baked cookies and family meals, took the kids sledding with the provided sleds, and explored their beautiful property and the nearby trails. Thank you for an amazing family vacation!

Great spot. Close to the water, restaurants, and store. We love Almanor and try to get up at least once a year. Nadine’s home was great. Clean, comfortable, and had absolutely anything and everything you could need to help make you feel at home. Even our Shepherd felt right at home. I would 100% recommend this property. Fit for two families with separate units, but just the right size to get all together for dinner! Thanks Nadine!!

Place is amazing, great country house with complete creature comforts. I rented the place to stargaze and see the country side and was amazed at the night sky. No complaints. I will definitely consider this place again.

Robert was so punctual with his welcome message and clear instructions on how to get into the home. Upon walking in you could tell that the home has been newly remodeled, thoughtfully furnished and well kept! This is a beautiful place to stay! We actually had to leave a night early due to work completing sooner than expected. I reached out just so he would know we weren’t there and maybe he could turn it over before the weekend sooner.… Robert graciously offered to accommodate our change in reservation, which we had no expectation of. What a cherry on top to an already great host experience!

We went up with a family of 8, 6 adults and 2 children. The home was incredibly clean, location was easy to find, check in and out was very simple and easy. The neighborhood is incredibly clean, quiet, and relaxing. Brooke was incredibly nice and responsive to anything we needed. We will definitely be coming back.

The property had stunning views from every room. The space was spacious, and the kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials. I would highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay!

What an awesome weekend we had! The place is absolutely perfect! Easy check in, place is exactly described perfectly, sooooo convenient, peaceful, breathtaking scenery, and most of all communication was absolutely wonderful! Everything was so clean and accessible. Best AirBnB rental we've ever had. Everything about the house and yard (fenced in backyard for the dog!) is accurately described in the listing. Clean, comfortable, well-appointed and beautiful home. We had a group of 5 adults (two couples and one single) and one large dog. Plenty of space to spread out in the house - for working, studying, napping, playing games, dining, cooking, watching a movie, and just generally hanging out. (Note that all of the bedrooms are upstairs, along with the two full baths, but the downstairs half bath and laundry room is very convenient.) Modern home, and yet warm and almost rustic feeling. We hope to return in spring or summer, and again in winter.

We were in town for a few days & needed a place to stay. Ray's place was perfect for what we needed. Had to extend one extra day and the process was very simple. Would happily stay here again. Thanks Ray!

Colby’s place was just what we needed for a weekend getaway. The space is comfortable and unique. We stayed with just our family of four, but could easily fit another family. My kids especially loved the pool table. We will definitely stay again!

We had a teacher's professional development retreat and it was perfect! We had the attendees stay here and the speakers visited each day. It worked perfectly for the vibe of our retreat while providing plenty of amenities. We had a few issues with some HOA reports but she was very kind and we worked together to fix it. We would definitely return.

We were in town for a golf tournament and this house was in a great location right on the course. The house was exactly as depicted in the photos and exceeded our expectations. The host was extremely responsive and we wouldn’t hesitate to book this house again next year.

Truly a beautiful get away spot. Perfect cabin in the woods, close to the lake. Really enjoyed being a 5 minute drive to the water, lots of hiking/running trails close by.
