Private, renovated guestroom studio with small garden, part of a 1950s stone-build house in a prestigious Larnaca area. Seven minute walk to the ancient St Lazarous church and town center, ten minute walk to the famous Phinikoudes beach, five minute walk to the untouched old Turkish neighborhoods. We are 200 metres from the beach, really near to supermarkets, restaurants and walking distance to night life. The bus stops right outside the flat. Divers - we are about as close as you can get for the Zenobia. Dive-In centre is 5 mins walk away with the Zenobia located just offshore.
