Hi everyone, I am Stefan, Maro’s son. Welcome to my mother’s beautiful apartment in sunny Cyprus. The apartment is newly refurbished (70sq m): 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + 2 balconies. 1 bedroom is ensuite, the other has a sea view. Beds are all new and super comfortable. There is a shared pool, and you’ll have your own parking space. The nearest beach (called MATH) is only a few minutes away by car. The apartment is just a 10-min drive to Protaras, 15 min to Cape Greco and 20 min to Agia Napa.

Merika Complex is located in Pervolia Village, is a beautiful village that has lots of taverns to enjoy Cyprus food. Opposite is the beautiful beach 1 min by walk. you can always go to the Larnaca city to enjoy clubs and shops but in Pervolia is always about relaxation!
