Lähimpään naapuriin on 500m. Oma piha ja sähköauton lataus 15€ koko majoittumisenne ajalta Katuvalot eivät häiritse. Alakerrassa on viihtyisä tupakeittiö, sauna ja kylpyhuone. Keittiössä kaikki tarvittavat kodinkoneet. Yläkerran makuuhuoneissa on erillissängyt, jotka saa tarvittaessa vierekkäin.

Tämä mökki majoittaa 7 henkeä parhaimmillaan, mutta toimii parhaiten alle kuuden hengen kera. Alakerrasta löytyy eteinen, tupakeittiö upealla takalla, sauna, pesuhuone, wc sekä makuuhuone. Yläkerrasta löytyy kaksi makuuhuonetta, joista kummastakin avautuu näkymä luontoon.
