Tule viettämään aurinkoisia kevätpäiviä Sysmään! Omassa rauhassa sijaitseva vanha maatila, jossa modernit mukavuudet! Lähimpään naapuriin 600 m. Kaksi makuuhuonetta ja nukkumapaikat 6+1:lle. Navettarakennuksessa moderni sauna kahdella suihkulla ja Aito -kiukaalla. Terassilla palju (ei käytössä maan tai järven ollessa jäässä). Sisällä erilliset vessa ja suihku. Keittiössä uuni, mikro, astianpesukone, liesi ja jääkaappipakastin. Kellarissa pesukone. Rantaan 600 m, jossa on uimapaikka ja soutuvene.

Uudella mökkialueella sijaitseva paritalohuvila tarjoaa laadukasta majoitusta kymmenelle (9+1) henkilölle. Kohde sopii erinomaisesti perhelomailuun, kaveriporukoille ja juhlatilaksi. Huvila sijaitsee keskellä Himosta, kävellen pääsee Rinteisiin, golfkentälle, kaupalle, Himos Areenalle, Festarialueelle ja Huvikeskus Williin Länteen. The lowest level has a bedroom, and sauna facilities. The backyard has a jacuzzi (separate reservation). The shore area includes a dock and a BBQ shelter.

Villa was completed in June 2022 with high quality materials and decoration choices. The villa has all the comforts that one can need, from running water, air conditioning and a high-quality kitchen with wine cabinets to a heated Jacuzzi and a wood sauna with stunning views to the lake. Rowing boat is included to the rent.

Saunatilojen yhteydessä myös juuri remontoitu oleskeluhuone, jossa levitettävä vuodesohva. Oleskeluhuoneen yhteydessä kodinhoitohuone, jossa pyykinpesukone. Talo sijaitsee noin 2km päässä Pohjois-Himoksesta. Käytössä uimaranta Päijänteellä noin 500m päässä.Kesäisin erillisestä sopimuksesta käytössä soutuvene.

Vuokrataan Villa Salmea Jämsän Jokisuulta Päijänne järvi näkymin. Rauhallinen sijainti. Nukkumapaikat 10 hlö:lle. Kohteessa kaikki perusmukavuudet lisäksi sauna, kylpytynnyri, iso katettu terassi, kuivauskaappi, viinikaappi, kattava astiasto ja kaasugrilli. Etäisyys Himokselle 10 km ja etäisyys järvelle 300 metriä. Varaus pitää sisällään liinavaatteet, pyyhkeet ja kylpytynnyrin käytön ilman lisämaksua. Unique vacation villa near Himos slopes with a view of the northern slope. 5 minutes by car to the slope. Well-maintained winter trails pass by the villa, with multiple pairs of snowshoes free to use. Outdoor hot tub (jacuzzi) can be rented for 160€/stay. Note: If you want bed linens and towels, they can be rented separately for 20 euros per person. This is a common practice for holiday cottages in Finland.
