Our Tiny home sits right on Center Hill Lake at Mine Lick Creek. You can hike, ski, kayak or launch your boat from directly behind the house! Cookeville Boatdock is a short drive away, or a 10 min boat ride will take you to Hurricane Marina…both full service marinas! We are 25 min from I-40 at Baxter exit 280, and Cookeville exit 286. Hike or Kayak up to waterfalls at Burgess Falls, Window Cliff, or any one of the area’s many State Parks! So come out & enjoy a great time with us here on CHL.

The cabin is located next door and is not included - it is a separate space. no third party bookings. NO PETS OR SMOKING

The Cedar Loft

The Cedar Loft is a beautiful space in the country nestled on 40 acres with a fantastic view. Conveniently close to I-40 with a driving time of 35 min. to the Nashville airport or 45 min. downtown Nashville. This brand new above garage loft has a private entrance. Kitchen offers granite counters, fridge, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. For laundry there is a washer/dryer combo. We offer wifi, have good cellular reception and offer an assortment of DVDs and board games.

On top of comfortable, this house is close to all things Cookeville - 1.5 miles to downtown Cookeville, 8 miles to Cummins Falls, 1 mile to TTU and the hospital, 4 miles to Crossfit and 12 miles to Burgess Falls. Our centrally-located tiny home is just 2.5 miles south of I-40 & a few miles from restaurant row & TTU. Burgess Falls state park & Window Cliffs State Natural Area 5 miles away. Cummins Falls 11 miles. Cookeville Boat Dock Marina on Center Hill Lake 9.5 miles (kayak/canoe to Fancher Falls from the marina). Our family of 4, along with numerous cats and 3 dogs, lives here on 3 acres, so there’s plenty of grass for your pet(s). Quiet, relaxing atmosphere to rest.

If you enjoy country living, gazing at millions of stars on a clear night, watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee or the sunset with a glass of wine? Then the rustic guest barn suite may be what your looking for! Enjoy 30 acres to stroll or sit and relax by the fire pit and maybe have a s'more or two. Depending the season, join us in the field or gather a few eggs while listening to the chickens & ducks gossip. It's your getaway. Enjoy it.
