Our property is located in a quiet courtyard in the southeast of Chiang Mai Old City, featuring four independent teakwood houses about 90 years old. As these are traditional wooden structures, sound insulation is limited Each house has a private bathroom and toilet. Bedrooms are on the second floor and accessible by stairs. Please note there is no baby cot, According to Thai law, all guests must present a valid passport upon check-in for registration. If you cannot comply, please do not book.

Raised high from the ground, Compact triangular wooden cabin house on an orchard. It looks simple from the outside but filled with the right amount of magic inside. When the door is opened You will find a peaceful mezzanine area. It is an open balcony to receive sounds of the forest and “Doi Luang” Mama mountain, Heart of ChiangDao Caregiver. Make it a private space hidden inside. When evening came, walked out to a side,There is a decent sized open kitchen. Let us cook &season our time together.

Little House in the Forest

This is a nature-lover's paradise. On the edge of the forest but close enough to the city, this is a special place. You can lie in bed with all the windows open and feel like you live in the trees. We have installed a very functional kitchen with a large fridge and everything else you may need for self-catering. We also offer home-cooked meals for those who don't want to cook. It is twenty minutes from the airport and we can arrange transport for you. It feels far from the city but it is not!

Chiang Mai Sunshine House is a homestay in a peaceful area with traditional Thai houses. It is 5km away from south of old city and covers 1600 square meters. 8 rooms are for airbnb . It will take 15mins to drive or ride to old city. We more prefer to have long-term stay, discount is offered for monthly stay automatically (>= 28days). PLEASE NOTED ROOM 102 IS NEWLY RENOVATED IN 2024 AND IT IS MORE COMFORTABLE THAN BEFORE. If Room 102 is already booked, PLS CHECK our other listing ones.

Our timber lodge is set in the middle of a quiet forest in Chiang Mai, surrounded by our organic farm. We have only two cabins, hand-built with local wood, offering a peaceful and private space to rest. There’s no strong Wi-Fi, making it a great place for a digital detox and time away from busy life.
