Cozy 2BR 1900's bungalow with beautiful backyard. Step into the Magnolia style living and dining room with decorative crown molding and new floors. Large bedroom with plenty of storage and finished attic for the kids or additional guests. Mudroom with laundry and relaxing front porch add to this spacious home. Outside is the true GEM, with adorable patio area just waiting for fire pit gatherings. Located close to parks, canoe/kayak launch, eateries, and shopping. Quick drive to downtown Madison!

YurtCation

YurtCation is an off-grid getaway with lake frontage and nature trails. There is another yurt about 300ft up the same driveway. There are a total of two yurts and two homes that have access to the same 17 acre lake. Each yurt has their own queen-sized comfy bed, wood stove, Weber grill w/charcoal, fire pit, firewood, fresh water, canoe, and clean Porto Potty. The yurts are about 80 feet from the lake’s ordinary high water mark to comply with zoning. We are fully permitted and have many repeats.

Large backyard with a firepit, brand new fence, and a nice view of the lake. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming.

The house is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Community parks and city pool within 2 blocks of of the home. Close to all schools, library, parks and bike paths. Very safe and enjoyable neighborhood. Many good restaurants in the area and lots of things to do in the area Two bedrooms are upstairs with its' own bathroom. House is air conditioned and has a full and complete kitchen. The washer/dryer are located in the basement and guest have full access to it

Historic Home -Private Apartment

Oregon is a short drive to Madison, Wisconsin’s capital city. Oregon has a budding downtown business district 2 blocks away. Our lower level private apartment is great for couples, friends, families, and business or healthcare travelers. We created the apartment when we built a new addition onto our home in 2014. The apartment has a separate secure private exterior entrance and secure private interior entrance. There is a Ring camera that overlooks the parking area.
