Spacious with a cozy living room, dinning room, one bedroom with king size bed, and a relaxing sunroom. Sofa bed. One full bathroom with linens and towels provided. Wi-Fi, Netflix, and gas fireplace, fire-pit, laundry and a full kitchen set up. Pets must be approved before booking.

Perfect location and pet-friendly (please check pet fee). Lake Junaluska, Waynesville and Maggie Valley are minutes away, and a half-hour to Asheville. Easily accessible all four seasons, the apartment is the entire first floor, with private ground-level entrance. Dedicated parking for two cars, though not large enough for trailers. Not suitable for children under 12. Due to the quiet vibes of the neighborhood, motorcycles are discouraged.
