This Hacienda includes everything but you and your guest. You will find that this community is a quiet, peaceful and relaxing place to be with a short drive to the beach on South Padre Island. Entertainment amenities are cable, TV and WiFi throughout the home. It has central air conditioning, central heating, in unit laundry machines, parking and much more. The master bedroom has a king bed with a flat 32" screen TV for nighttime viewing. It comes with a deep soaking tub and full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Kind bed with a 32" TV and the 3rd bedroom has 2 Full Size Bunk Beds with a 32" TV with a full bathroom in the hallway. The living room has an open area for movie gathering. The South Padre Island Golf Club has a beautiful Golf Course, a driving range, Pro Shop, 2 heated pools ( one pool is located by the club house and 2nd pool is located by the HOA ofiice), a tennis court, a wonderful restaurant and a fitness room for your pleasure. You can take a quick stroll to the shared amenities at the South Padre Island Golf Course Club and enjoy a meal or happy hour at the restaurant. The community has a 24 hour gated security. Bring the whole family to this great place on the water! It is a two bdrm /two bath sea cottage that sits in Port Isabel, Texas. The main floor there has a bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom. The third floor has an oversized bedroom with two queen beds and a full bath. There is a dedicated boat lift available upon request, with an additional fee. The community requires for all visitors to check-in at the Welcome Center and there is a $110 resort fee for the entire stay.
