La Paz: aluguel por temporada para famílias

My family has been going to Paraiso Del Mar for a few years now. We love it. It is very accessible to La Paz while it's at a good enough distance that it's very peaceful. Elena's apartment is great, clean, comfortable and with the necessary amenities to make the stay very pleasant. We felt at home. It also has a great view of the bay. Elena sent us information about check in and other condo info in advance, so it all went smoothly and Maude, the property manager, was helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed our holidays!

Olga's house is a beautiful, comfortable, and tastefully furnished house a block from the beach. The Paraiso Del Mar development is a quiet enclave on a peninsula a short boat ride from town. The free boat runs every half hour to Marina Cortez in La Paz. A phone call to the shuttle bus driver gets you from the house to the boat dock. The area may be too quiet for some, but for us it was a good place to base our adventures from. There are free bicycles for use, maintained by the development. There is a nice pool with hot tub and ping-pong table a half block from the house. The highlights of La Paz for us included renting a car to hit the beaches just north of town. Tecolote was our favorite. We also went on a Panga ride around Isla Espirito Santo with Marlin Adventures. Our guide and captain (Erik and Sergio) educated us on the history, flora, and fauna of this amazing area. The snorkeling was some of the best I have every seen.

We had a great stay at Leo’s, check in was a breeze, the location was great and within walking distance of many restaurants. Leo was very helpful, he gave us beach recommendations, provided beach chairs and towels. Overall we would stay here again!

From before we arrived Barbara and Manilo were easy and quickly communicative! Gave us easy to find directions and even accommodated us with our early arrival by offering to hold our groceries and directing us to the beach club! The beach club and pool were both amazing! Honestly worth the stay for that alone. The house was cleaned daily and was a short 10-15 minute drive to Malecón/downtown area! WiFi was great quality and honestly we would not hesitate to rebook the same stay in our next trip to La Paz! If you’re considering saving a bit and doing a hotel instead, don’t and book this airbnb you won’t be disappointed! Thank you both for allowing us the most amazing stay!

Great location. Kids loved the golf cart. We had the Las Colinas pool to ourselves the few times we were there. Costa Baja Resort was beautiful. Happy with the three different restaurants we ate at in Costa Baja. Little grocer was convenient. Baja Adventure Company and Doce Cuarenta we’re both convenient. Short drive to Balandra. House had everything we could have needed. Wouldn’t change a thing. Very quiet despite being Holy Week.

La ubicación está excelente, a solo unos pasos del malecón, restaurantes, bares y todo a la mano. La calidad-precio está perfecto. La anfitriona siempre al pendiente y muy amable.

Muy bonita casa y en una vecindad segura. A 7 minutos en carro del malecón o 30 minutos caminando. Si tuvimos problemas de mantenimiento pero fue solucionado inmediatamente. Muy buen lugar para quedarse una familia!

Exactly as pictured. Particularly nice was the fact that the pool is shaded in the hot afternoon sun. The place was clean and the air conditioning worked well, swiftly cooling the place down once we returned from a day out. The location was great for us. Off the busy strip and a bit north which worked as we were diving from a scuba club 6 min drive north of the strip. We could have walked to the Malecón but didn’t. Everything we needed was a quick drive and private,garage parking was easy to use. We would definitely return.

A really nice place to stay in La Paz. Large kitchen and dining room to chat with other travelers. Parking on the property behind a locked gate. And really great homemade muffins for breakfast!

Absolutely relaxing. The house was charming and I loved the open concept. In fact we never even used the living room because being outside was so nice. I will say I would feel more secure if the courtyard had some type of barbed wire or high fence like other properties, but we never felt unsafe. The pool was the cherry, it heated up to a nice 104°F, although we rarely needed it that warm. The kitchen was a little awkward but had everything we needed. The grand bedroom was huge with a huge bathroom and closet space, the spare room had the convenience of its own smaller bathroom. We walked to everything, and when we didn’t want to there was a restaurant next door. The dogs can be a bit loud but I’m used to it because I live in the city. It never kept me up once I closed the doors and blinds. The host was extremely attentive as we had many questions. Grab yourself an umbrella at Walmart, the house one was a bit pricey and didn’t suit our needs and so we couldn’t use it. Would def return!!

Both hosts were so great, very responsive and helpful. We loved the view, condo and had everything anyone would need to live there including beach chairs and umbrellas. If we were going back to la paz, this would be our first choice to rent again. I can not say enough great things about the hosts, condo, location, and town!

Great place to stay with the family or couple, this place will save u headaches with parking next to the bordwalk, the place is peacfull and quiet and the place is close to restaurantes. looking forward to next year. thank you

Ben's home was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was ideal for our family and we really enjoyed all the restaurants and amenities that Puerto Cortes offered. We had a few questions for Ben during the trip and he was very responsive and helpful.

I wished we could have stayed longer. The sunrises and sunsets were priceless. The location is excellent. Very well laid out condo with plenty of space. The roof top was wonderful and we met some of the condo owners who were lovely. We really appreciated the amount of information contained in the binder in the condo!

We loved our stay at Casa Colonial - it was our peaceful oasis. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and the private rear garden and pool were perfect. The Malacon is a short walk away. Communication was great, and it was easy to check in with Jesus meeting us.
