Luis’s place is a perfect place to stay in La Paz, close to the shops and restaurants but peaceful away from the commercial centre and right opposite the beach The room had everything you need for a lovely stay, coffee machine, huge fridge freezer and great hot water shower and a balcony! Luis is a perfect host, very friendly, helpful, met us on arrival and gave us great advice and tips We will definitely be back Can’t recommend this place enough Thanks Louise

I really enjoyed my stay here. Everything was clean and comfortable. Lots of natural lighting and quiet. Wifi was a bit spotty but worked well for the stay. Hot water always available, although the two temperatures don't mix so there's only hot or cold. And it's quite far from the beach. About 30 minute walk, though it's still visible from the house. The view was spectacular as it's on a hill allowing a view of El Centenario as well as all of La Paz and the ocean. Beautiful! Would definetly stay here if I were to come again!

la casa esta muy agradable lo unico malo es que el agua de la alberca estaba muy fria, supongo que es por la temporada, de ahi en adelante todo estuvo super bien y lo que necesitamos recibimos respuesta al momento

Stephanie was an amazing host. She was quick to answer any questions we had in regards to local grocery, she also kindly restocked and delivered coffee pods for the Nespresso. Condo was centrally located to marinas and restaurants. The rooftop deck was amazing with breathtaking sunset views. We enjoyed our weeks stay and would definitely return.

My family has been going to Paraiso Del Mar for a few years now. We love it. It is very accessible to La Paz while it's at a good enough distance that it's very peaceful. Elena's apartment is great, clean, comfortable and with the necessary amenities to make the stay very pleasant. We felt at home. It also has a great view of the bay. Elena sent us information about check in and other condo info in advance, so it all went smoothly and Maude, the property manager, was helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed our holidays!

Francisco was a great host! We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend at his place in La concha. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything you would need. We loved soaking in the breathtaking views on the spacious patio. Esperamos volver pronto, gracias Francisco!

Secure location and close to the malecon. Team was responsive to messages before and during our stay.

The location is absolutely beautiful and the place is great especially for a family. My eight-year-old daughter wanted to move in. We also had some health issues and I really appreciate the responsiveness and flexibility of the Go Baja team to make our stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. They were very professional and understanding.

The place was amazing for our week stay. Plenty of room for the four of us. The view was beautiful and it was conveniently close to town. Everything was well kept and ready to go when we showed up. Parking was easy and the attendants were very helpful. Loved the immediate access to the beach and the neighboring hotel, restaurants and Cortez club for water activities. Would be delighted to come back and stay again.

We had a great stay. Everything was very easy to find and the services provided were great. It was also a beautiful home and area, with a lot of nice people in the area.

Muy bonito lugar, justo enfrente de una playa privada y muy a gusto la casa. Lo único que no me gustó es que la villa no tiene acceso a la casa club, alberca, etc. que aparece en las fotos, y tampoco es verdad que tienes $500 de consumo en el club de playa.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nea's place! Dolphins and whales jumping in front of you, fantastic! The unit is as described, clean well stocked, we needed nothing. Deck is huge! Liked the bottled water (that staff would deliver, remember to tip). Personal shopper if needed. The pools is nice, 80 in afternoon! Beach is great! Pelicans constantly slamming the surface, baitfish everywhere and I was able to catch fish! Two restaurants beside the Condo. View is unbeatable and food is good. We went to town to eat a few times as well as grabbing prawn etc to make. Went to Malecon for roof views and great food! Prices are similar to Can. Taco stands or markets for epic food at amazing prices! Taco's El Estadio, 4 great fish tacos, ALL the fixings, $9 Can. yes please! This city feels very safe. We were there for Carnaval ( massive 2-3km? of stalls, stages, music food) and didn't know what to expect. Police everywhere! Not oppressive, just present and friendly! Thanks Nea!

Place is exactly what the description says. Location is perfect! Right outside your door is all the cafe, restaurants & bars you’re looking for. As they mentioned there is some noise from the near by bar but nothing ridiculous if you have the tv on you don’t even notice it. Would 100% stay again and recommend anyone who’s travelling and what’s to be in the heart of Lapaz with all the great industry spots this is the best location. They even left a bunch of discount and gift cards for the places nearby! My only minor criticism would be the bedding. It’s a thin sheet so if you want a cozy comfy sleep you might want to bring a blanket/duvet.

I have stayed before in the same location, although it was many years ago. When I saw that this condo in the same building was available, I was so happy! It is really a very beautiful spot and Myca's condo was actually one of the very best in the building. Also, the people working there were very kind and helpful. We had a lovely time and felt so at home - so much better than a hotel! I heartily recommend this condo - it is beautiful, in a beautiful spot and worth every penny!

This is the place to stay at if you’re coming to La Paz. The house is beautiful, well equipped and full of amenities like kayak, golf cart, bicycles, etc. the mattresses are very comfortable. You have everything that you need in this house.
