The house is close to the sea, and the island is perfect for hikes in the mountains. You can fish cod, Salmon, makrell or flatfish - and if lucky you may ser the whales or some of the majestic eagles that habitates in this area. Situated close to both the sea and the mountains, the area offers loads of possible excursions. During winter you might see the northern lights just outside the door. And after a day out, you can enjoy your coffee watching the amazing scenes of the gateway to the famous Lofoten and Vesterålen area.

Sjarmerende sted midt mellom Lofoten og Vesterålen. Tilgang til en liten båt med motor, gjør det mulig å dra ut på havet. Båten står i et gammelt naust ved sjøen, og som min far og bestefar før oss, må vi og dra båten ned til sjøen og tilbake igjen med ren muskelkraft. Det er flott natur, så både fjell, skog og hav kan nytes. Nå også fra en ny 25kvm terrasse! Huset er gammelt, og noe slitt, men fungerer utmerket som feriehus for oss. Vi håper dere vil trives.
