The place is exactly like it has been shown in the images and I would say much better. Alongside beach, the stay is at perfect location with perfect views and amenities.

We had the pleasure of staying with Deepu and his family whilst on our visit to kerala. From the minute we arrived Deepu and Christine made us feel so welcome and helped us so much . "The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. "Communication was seamless with the family . They invited us to meet friends and even go away to visit them on a trip we never would have experienced. I cannot put into words how special Deepu and Christine made our visit , Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and traditional I will certainly return. Thank you Deepu to you and your family and friends. I feel we arrived as guests but left as good friends . Highly recommend a visit to stay . A truly special experience made better by Deepu and his family whims on.

The place was amazing. The location was quite peaceful as well. Unfortunately we didn’t had a chance to take the full advantage but totally recommendable.

It was a great experience staying in Jo &Sams villa it was very silent place and it is very ecofriendly place by nature it is great place to have a small family gathering and. Reunion we loved it and the rooms were very neat and clean. Thanks for the stay Danny John

It was a great place to stay especially getting a place within the city. It’s like 2 min or less to get only the main road. The path leading Upto the property is a bit tight for 2 vehicles, so if you have a vehicle, you may find it challenging squeezing your way through. Once you cross his property gates, it’s all good then. The house is very cozy, calm and full of plants.. a BIG 👍🏽👍🏽. The host Mr Paulson is amiable and helpful. He kept the place ready before we arrived and greeted us as we reached there. The stay for uneventful. We were just there for the night. The house is big, clean and well kept. This includes the bathrooms, kitchen and living spaces. Overall satisfied with the stay and would definitely stay here in the future. Cheers!

A memorable stay, we enjoyed every moment spent, walk in paddy fields, stroll and cycling by the river, the morning and evening boat rides. the best part was the complimentary boat pick and drop, my kids loved it. Venu Sir was there always ready to help, and guiding for the local activities, we would definitely like to visit agay

We had a lovely time at this Mindhun’s place as a family. The house staff took very good care of us and were very kind, attentive and helpful, and the food was lovely. The house is spacious and very clean and suited us well. Host was very helpful and quick to communicate. Only disappointing thing was that we were advised that sea was unsafe to swim in - so we didn’t really get to take advantage of the beach.

Excellent place! Super host! Nearby interesting places and restaurants! Dr.Neethu was very helpful - allowed an early checkin and was always available for support. The space is superbly maintained. Overall an awesome stay!

The Place was clean and spotless, room was spacious and had all the amenities. The pool cant be said as the main attraction as seen in the property pictures as it was small and barely usable. host was responsive and helpful

Maya was the best host we had during our trip across all the stays. She made our check-in process incredibly smooth. The house was simple, beautiful, and impeccably clean—honestly, it looked even better in person. She went out of her way to guide us on where to go and how to travel around Kochi. The best part? She had stocked plenty of snacks for us, and we enjoyed them without any hesitation!

Great location next to the river. Beautiful surroundings and peaceful locality. The place was a clean and comfortable home. I stayed a night there with family having a 2yr old kid. Lucy was so friendly and always helped us with local information and occasionally cared about our travel plans. We reached the property late night at 10 PM for check-in and she welcomed us at that late time. I highly recommend this place for those seeking peaceful and close to nature experience.

Aunty Mary is a gem of a host and a wonderful person. Her home is full of family memories and you feel like you are family during your stay. she is a proactive caring host for whom nothing is too much. The home is large. You have access to the whole upstairs including large kitchen with good equipment provided. Aircon worked well in the bedroom. Restaurants, Malls, Metro Train Station, Fabric Shops, and Taxis are all available right on the doorstep. It serves as a great base to travel Kochi. We have already started to plan a return. Jacob was always reachable, responded very friendly and polite and took care we had everything needed. Hence, a great host. The apartment is very impressive and taken care of with a great view. Every room has its balcony to enjoy it. The location at the waterfront is very nice of course. One gets around easiest with cars, auto rikshaw.

We came to Kochi for treatment and stayed here for a month. The apartment is well furnished with good facilities. The extended spacious balcony provides a great view of the surrounding city. Well-maintained kitchen and bathrooms, comfortably designed bedrooms made our family's stay quite comfortable. The apartment complex has friendly security, staff and other facilities like swimming pool, Jacuzzi, okay area and games. Our kid had a good time here and that was important for us ☺️. The place is easily connected and close to main points in Kochi - Lulu, Oberon, Metro, Amrita, Aster, etc. and good online delivery serviceability. We had a great stay at Khadija's duplex! The space was exactly as shown in the pictures - beautifully designed, cozy, and very spacious. The interiors really made it feel like a home away from home. Khadija was a responsive and helpful host throughout our stay, and the caretaker was available whenever we had any questions or needed assistance. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable experience. Would definitely recommend to others!

My family and i had a wonderful stay at this place recently. The place looks exactly like its pictures and is located in a peaceful location. The host is responsive as well so I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cool spot in kochi to hangout with your family or friends

Friendly host who ensured check in easy . Apartment as described. Need to hire an uber to step out and explore kochi but bother uber , Swiggy all are being serviced at this area . Therefore no hassle
