Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet und mit Markengeräten ausgestattet, so dass das Haus ganzjährig komfortabel bewohnt werden kann.

It is located 350m walk from a beautiful beach in the quiet, traditional village of Rijeka Rezevici. The beach is accessible on foot or by car, with a great restaurant and beach bar, Balun. Our house is neighbouring several beaches, restaurants and a village shop. Rezevici is known for relaxed layback vacations.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, just 5 minutes from the Old Town Budva. The apartment has a beautiful view of Budva Bay. It is situated in a family house, which has a garden with a lot of various plants and trees. The apartment has its own separate entrance. It is always cleaned and before new guests arrive. There are many restaurants nearby and several popular beaches. Also, there is a big market very close to the apartment. The parking place is located right in front of the house.

On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.
