Konyaaltı: aluguel por temporada com acesso à praia

Хорошее Жилье, достаточно чисто. Хозяин позволил нам заселиться раньше. Стоит обратить внимание, что в данном комплексе несколько квартир, они все похожи, но немного отличаются. На фото есть духовой шкаф, в квартире куда нас заселили не было. Район тихий и спокойный. До моря легко дойти пешком.

Le logement correspond tout a fait aux photos et description. Idéal pour un couple, l'endroit est calme et à proximité de plusieurs magasins environ 2min à pied. À 5min à pied de l'arrêt de bus pour aller au centre ville d'Antalya et bien desservi par plusieurs bus. La plage de Konyaalti se trouve à 15min à pied (où se trouve des parties payantes et gratuites), l'eau y est tres chaude pour un mois de septembre. Le logement est frais car il se trouve en ré-de-chaussé à l'intérieur donnant sur un jardin privé, nous n'avions pas besoin de mettre la clim (à l'extérieur il faisait 35-37°) . Possibilité d'utilisé la table et les chaises dans le jardin (espace commun avec d'autres appartement. Nous avons eu des serviettes de douce, l'eau chaude fonctionnait parfaitement. L'hôte à été très réactive et flexible, nous le recommandant fortement. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci.

We were on vacation in thi apartment with 2 adults. The apartment is clean en tidy, and the location is near to the see, the city, restaurants and busstation. The kitchen is nice and everything working properly, frige is clean, en no bad smells at all. So the apartment itsself was great! But there are also some moments which i want to mention: the matrass of the main bed is terribly hard to sleep on. It felt like you slept on the wooden floor. Also the couch in the livingroom is short, and it was impossible for an adult to sleep on. And we were not a couple and we could not sleep together in one bed:) So, one of us slept on the couch, but it is really short, i'm 169 and i could not streak my legs. )) What i want to say, i love Antalya so much that my vacation was perfect and sun and see made those things less painfull. But i really wish the owner will make the bed more comfortable))

We’ve had a great stay here. The apartment is spacious and well equipped for a large family. It has everything one need for a nice vacation. The house was spotless clean and smelled nice when we came in which is a great first impression. The beds were large and comfortable so we had great rest. We cooked at a large kitchen and managed to find everything we needed to prep food. Overall great stay and great host. They were especially helpful with some tips on how to navigate some health challenges I had while there.

I have been in Antalya for about a week & I stayed in this Airbnb all along . Initially I booked for 2 days and then I extended . This is a great property . There is a mall nearby . And there is a live street behind you. You get everything . Many food options and lot to do . You get direct bus to the kaleici also . Muhammet is a great host . Very responsive & flexible . He tries his maximum to make you feel comfortable

Tout s’est super bien passé. Şebnem a été réactive et attentive lors de nos échanges (avant et pendant le séjour). Le jeune homme a l’accueil a à plusieurs reprises pris de le temps de me donner des informations et conseillé pour mon voyage. C’était précieux. Je me suis sentie bien accueillie. Pour pour confort, ç’aurait été plus agréable s’il y avait eu des stores aux fenêtres (parce que je suis habituée à dormir dans une pièce plus sombre). Et ce serait chouette que la clé de la porte fenêtre donnant sur la terrasse puisse fermer le studio.

Evin ulaşımı ve konumu çok iyiydi. Geniş aileler için bence çok iyi bir tercih. Denize yürüme mesafesi ile 5 dk. Ev sahibi cana yakındı. Genel anlamda güzel bir tatil geçirdik, teşekkür ederiz.

Birkaç mutfak araç gereci eksikliği dışında herhangi bir problem yaşamadık. Bahçe katı ve balkonlu olması bizim işimize geldi. Ev yakın zamanda tedilat olmuş, eşyalar yeni ve sorunsuz çalışıyor. Konumu çok iyi, konyaaltı sahiline sadece 7-8 dk yürüyüş mesafesi.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Appartment und das Gebäude waren sehr sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber und die Familie waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist auch ideal. Man findet alles in Fußnähe. Wir werden das Appartment definitiv weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank :)

Great location, tram very close. Nice upper-middle class neighborhood, so it's pleasant without being overpriced. 2 minute walk to the commercial area. Really enjoyed the Friday market, best fresh veggies at rock bottom prices. Nice park 1 block away. We'll be back.

Très bien situé, à proximité de la plage. Cuisine pas très fonctionnelle mais c’est très facile de se nourrir à proximité : beaucoup de restaurants peu chers.

Wir sind mit unserer 4 monatigen Tochter angereist. Der Alex hatte uns die Nr von seinen Vater hinterlassen der zur der Zeit auch vor Ort war und genau nebenan wohnt. Der hat uns herzlich empfangen und die Schlüsselübergabe gemacht. So ein toller herzenslieber Mensch gewesen wir haben uns so gut verstanden mit ihm, wenn man Fragen hatte, konnte man immer bei ihm klopfen. Der hat unsere Tochter so geliebt und immer für sie gesorgt wenn er mal am Pool vorbeiging,hat er immer gefragt was macht unsere Prinzessin. Einfach ein sehr toller Mensch gewesen. Die Wohnung ist schön klein, man hat alles was man zum Leben braucht. Sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und man gelangt von der Terrasse aus direkt zum Pool, das ist richtig gut gewesen. 200 Meter weiter ist ein Mirgos wo man seine Lebensmittel einkaufen kann.Abends ist es schön da in der Meile spazieren zu gehen aber einfach alles zu überteuert und Touristenabzocke, mit Auto rausfahren besser

I had a great stay! The host was incredibly kind, polite, and always quick to help — every small issue was solved instantly. I’m very thankful for the warm welcome. The apartment looks exactly like the photos: clean, well-kept, and everything works perfectly. It’s in a quiet, prestigious area with easy access by car and public transport. While it’s not the closest place to the sea, it’s perfect for those who want a peaceful, local experience away from tourist crowds. There’s a Migros and other shops nearby, a barber shop just across the street, a pharmacy in the building, and good restaurants and a park not far away. The neighbors were quiet too — I felt truly at home. Highly recommended!
