Fotoğraflardaki gibiydi, temizdi. Terasta ve balkonda sıkıntı yoktu. Biz her şeyimizi kendimiz getirmiştik ama evde lazım olan her şey vardı. Havuz ortak olduğu için giriş çıkış saatleri var. Side antik kente yakın. Markete yakın. Aysel hanıma teşekkür ederiz biz memnun kaldık.

Deneyimlediğimiz en güzel konaklamalardan birisiydi. Mekan kalitesiyle, ambiyansıyla, temizliğiyle her açıdan çok hoştu vakit geçirmekten çok keyif aldık. Kutay bey ilgili, samimi bir ev sahibi. Her şey detaylı bir şekilde hazırlanmış hiçbir eksik hissetmedik. Konaklamamız süresince ilgi alakası bir yana bu kalitede bir konaklama sağladığı için de çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Mutlaka tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz bir yer.

Wir waren 16 Tage in der tollen Unterkunft von Hüseyin, es hat alles super geklappt vom Checkin bis zum Checkout und selbst bei Fragen bekam man schnell eine Antwort. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Das Schlafzimmer ist wirklich sehr groß so wie auch die Küche, das hat man selten.Wirklich toll.

I have been to Side many times but staying in this stone house in the ancient city was a wonderful experience. Located right in the middle of the ancient city, when you look through the bay window you can see Apollo on the right and the sea on the left. All the needs in the house were meticulously considered. There were all the facilities to cook your own meals, even spices and sauces. When we arrived there, Mr. Süleyman immediately offered water and mineral water, which was a small but very kind act of kindness. He was also always very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Definitely recommended. Thank you for everything.

Tolga is an amazing host, he was very responsive during our stay and went extra mile to get us shisha flavours. The villa is unbelievable, extremely clean, beautiful furniture, spacious bedrooms and the highlight of all is the outdoor tv and furnitures. Kids and adults absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. We will definitely return in the summer and recommend this villa to other families/groups too. Wir sind erst an der Unterkunft vorbeigelaufen, weil Google Maps sie falsch anzeigt. Uğur hat uns erkannt und uns mit dem Wagen geholt. Er besitzt direkt dort einen Auto- und Quadverleih, das ist sehr praktisch, wenn man mobil bleiben möchte. Die Lage fanden wir nicht ganz so gut, bis zum Strand und in die Antike Stadt ist es sehr weit zu Fuß und leider hält kein Bus dort am Hospital, ihr müsst Richtung Südwesten zur Hauptstraße gehen, um einen Dolmus-Bus zu bekommen, das sind ca. 10 Minuten. Dafür gibt es einen Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke, eine Apotheke und ein paar Restaurants gibt es auch zur Auswahl. Außerdem ist es angenehm ruhig. Das Apartment ist funktional und bietet (fast) alles, was man braucht. Man kann Wäsche waschen und sie auf dem Balkon trocknen. Streichhölzer für den Gasherd und Spülmittel wären noch gut gewesen, aber das lässt sich leicht ändern. Uğur ist freundlich, antwortet sehr schnell und ist hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt.

Evsahibi çok misafirperverdi. Ev çok temiz, eşyalar yeni. 5 kisilik bir aileyiz kullanimi çok rahatti. Evsahibi iletisime acik ve guven veriyordu. Sorun yasamadik. Tavsiye edilir

Her şey fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi. Bahsedilen imkanlar tam olarak vardı. Ev son derece temizdi. Tuvalet banyo dahil her yere çıplak ayakla girilebilir. Tuvalet kağıdı ve sabun mevcuttu. Yatak ve koltuklar rahatttı. Ne evde ne de muhitte bir gürültü duymadık. Muhitte güvensiz hissettirebilecek insanlarla karşılaşmadık. Duşların tazyiği biraz düşük ama sorun olmadı. Ev sahibi de kibar ve düzgün birine benziyor.

Birol abi kesinlikle çok anlayışlı biriydi her zaman iletişimde kalıp bizi hiç kırmadı. Ev ter temiz manzarası konumu iyiydi

Bara gott att säga, lägenheten såg exakt ut som på bilderna. Välstädat! Sköna sängar! Väl utrustat kök. Värden skrev nästan varje dag och frågade hur vi hade det, om vi behövde något. Kan varmt rekommendera.

Excellent accommodation in the beautiful town of Dalyan. Both inside and outside the accommodation were immaculate and well looked after with plenty of space for our party of 4 to enjoy the location for our two week stay. Communication was great with Peter all the way through and our arrival went like clockwork. Also, the other apartment owners in the complex were very friendly. Town centre is within easy walking distance and I can’t recommend this apartment highly enough. Many thanks.

Like the other reviews say, Kadir exemplifies hospitality. We had some great conversation even though it was mediated through a translation app. Staying at his apartment is like staying with a family member. It’s no boutique experience, but it provided for my needs and I was very comfortable.
